The goal of &elhi metro project is to pro.ide the knowledge to the
users regarding ser.ices pro.iding b% the &elhi Metro Rail !orporation

The objecti.e was to design a website in $SP,5"T that will impart
knowledge0information about ser.ices of &elhi Metro in an attracti.e
wa%,
This project comprises of description of &MR!2 metro fares2 photo
galler% and pro.iding wa%s to impro.e the ser.ices, In this website we
pro.ide ser.ices like metro fare table which is used to find out fare
between one station to some other station2 about how &elhi Metro is
being de.eloped and how this project is to be undertaken2 what are their
attraction points2 facilit% of using smart cards rather than standing in a
queue for the tokens, 1ebsite pro.ide few tables that impart the metro
timings2 metro parking rates2 bus ser.ices from metro station to different
routes in &elhi, 1ebsite pro.ides a route map and a photo galler%2
instructions that the passenger should ha.e to follow while tra.eling
through the train2 also pro.ides facilit% for users to gi.e their suggestions
regarding ser.ices through a feedback form, This project also pro.ides
helpline numbers of all stations,
This project in.ol.es the reduction of manual processing2 pro.ides good
efficienc% and response time, It includes .igilance unit part for an%
happening like strike or an% accident in &elhi Metro,
