reliable quality pump. They are designed for easy installation and very simple maintenance. The features includes
continuous operating, greater efficiencies, extremely quite operation and high working pressure. They are designed
to be self priming without a footvalve. Pumps are built with unique energy efficient motor portions, which run very
efficientely in low voltage conditions as well as at the rated voltage.
APPLI CATI ON : These pumps are mostly used for water distribution to Residential Bungalows, Flats, Hotels, Clubs, Factories, Small farms. Garages, Dairies,
Laundries, Hospitals, Fountains, Nurseries, & Gardens. The pumps are used to pump only clear water containing no abrasive and fluids.
WATERFLOW: ISI (IS : 8472 ) certified monobloc pumps by BUREAU OF INDIAN STANDARDS. Totally enclosed fan cooled type, capacitor start and run, 2880
RPM, 240 volts, 50 Hz, single phase, no centrifugal switch, low power consumption, "B" class insulation. Dynamic balancing of die cast rotor assembly, ensures better
life for bearings and seals with low vibration. Pump is made of close grained cast iron The volute is designed and machined for maximum output.
Full fledged testing facility, ensures constant quality. Strict quality control tests are applied at every stage of production.
THERMAL OVERLOAD PROTECTOR : The bi-metallic device is a connected in series with the main winding of the motor when the winding temperature
rises above permissible limits the motor protector opens up and disconnects the power supply. Thus the problem of coil burnout has eliminated. *

manufacturing defect.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Pump must be installed on a leveled foundation.
Reduce number of bends and elbows in the pipe line.
Pump should be run for a few minutes atleast once a day to prevent
the pump from seizing due to rust buildup.
Muddy water will damage the pump. Use strainer at the bottom end
of the suction pipe.
Ensure that the pump does not run dry to avoid damage to mechanical
seal and impellers.
Do not throttle the delivery line using a gate valve, as this will result in.
overloading of the motor.
Do not wrap the pump with air tight materials.
