The Board of Directors of JES International Holdings Limited refers to the

announcement (Announcement No. 00147) dated and released on 6 November
2009 and wishes to announce that the Summary of Interested Person
Transactions under item 13 of page 10 of the said announcement be amended
and presented pursuant to the format as required under Rule 907 of the Listing
