2 INTRODUCTION We find that in New Zealand the third largest offence type is theft and related. So people have many ways to solve this question like CCTV, security door or infrared detectors but all of these cannot completely solve this question. But our production can solve this question in a right way that will avoid many wrong signals. Our production use insulated and detector to protect the house. Supplier power: Low Here are many supplier can provide row material for this kind of gate industry the managers have many choice to decided which suppliers price is the best and which has the high quality material that the industry can use the best row material to produce the best product for customers so that the supplier power is low. Threat of new entrants: low Although the row material of this kind of industry is not very expensive but the equipment to produce the production is very expensive the industry should have
3 much equipment to produce and also have to get the professional equipment to check the production is good or not so the owner should have enough money to contribute this company. In this industry some workers should have ability and knowing to know how to produce and the theory of their production. And also to contributed this kind of industry you should have technology to support your production. Threat of substitutes: High This kind of industry is to protect peoples property safety in their house that is to protect thief to go inside their house but now here are many other industry have some production have the same function like us. such as cctv that image can connect to your work computer you can see what happen around peoples house anytime, some small electronic devices that can reaction what happen around and send email or use other way to connect you, so there are many substituties. Rivalry among existing competitors: high The buyper power is high that means the similar industry is very common the customer has many choice but every industry wants their production can attract more customers to use their production and make more profit so that they will have many stratige to let more customers to use like advertising or some discount. When one industry has one way to attract customers others are all become to copy so that will make the competition more fierce. Overall attractiveness of the industry: the industry use better way better production to help people to protect their house. Although the buyper power and rivalry among existing competitors power is high so every company will try their best to make the best production for customers. 3. 3 Customers and Their Needs
4 the people who own a house or live in a house all could be my customers because everyones safety could be protect and everyones property also have to be protected. Our customer might very busy they do not have time to stay at home they should go to work and no body can help them to look after their house so my product can do that let their house under saftey condition. The needs for the customer is to make sure that their house is safety and thief can not go into their house and nobady can damaged their property and they want feel very happy living in this house. Home is the place they want to have a rest after their work so they want that they do not have to worried about safety of the house. 3. 4 The Product and Service my production named isulated gate and detector that is obviously we use two parts to protect your house. First one is insulated gate that means the lock on the gate is insulated and the keys just can be produced by my industry if you use the key pr other things that not be product by insulated the transmitter on the gate will connect to receptor in your house. The second part is when the receptor receive the signal the detector in the house will begin to work the detector wil be reaction to find whats wrong is happened and all of these is connect to your computer or phone by WIFI at the same time they will send you a message that something wrong in your house so that you can call the police that will protect your house safety immediately. So that our production can solve the problems I have mentioned above. 3. 5 Suppliers and Partners the partners are the industry that can provide the row material for my industry such as, iron to produce the gate, electronic devices to make the transimiter and the receptors we also need the industry can help us to produce the detectors and we buy these material from our partners and we have workers to get them together and we also need some professional workers to help us to check our products that can be work very well and after this check if our production is qualified then the production can be sell in the market. 3. 6 Strategy: differentiation strategy our production offers the most focused differentiation strategy of any in the industry. Our production is not high technology but it also use technology to support it to work so the direct cost will be very high and most of the similar industry do not use the technology to support their production so that that is the big difference between ours and other industrys. overall the price of the gate will also be a little bit high.

All of this must use the technology to get start and we use all of these things together so no everyone can do that during the production we should make sure that every part can work properly and the whole product must be qualified. So make the product is the most important value chain for my business. 3. 8 Business Processes 3.8.1 management process: if we want to produce the item we must know how to produce that and before we start working we should plan how to do this and step by step. Executive information system: after a period of sales the business will analysis the data from manufacturing , sales and the outlook of the industry that will help the business to improve their own industry and will provide the better product than before. 3.11.
