Two or more une!cused absences will lower your final grade by one letter grade. Cn order to build a good foundation of Chinese reading and writing skills regular pinyin and character practices are essential. There are two qui==es and one lesson test for each lesson. #ang : (7) ,ui==es are on pinyin and character dictation. You will not be allowed to take a qui= if you are more than 6 minutes late to class. Missed qui==es cannot be made up in any case. (.) The lesson test is a review test following completion of each lesson. Ct is cumulative. Make9up tests will not be permitted e!cept in the case of illness or emergency situations. #ritten proof should be provided to the instructor as soon as possible for rescheduling. ..
