with minimum of non productiv e time.


The rigid bed and single piece 30 slant sanddle are made out of 25 grade cast iron f or
more stability. It is heav ily ribbed to prov ide rigidity and least distortion during heav y
cuts and f aster production, with v irtually no v ibration. The bed is designed f or easy
chip f low and remov al.
Step-up concept enables consistent machining perf ormance because of widly spaced
guideway s.
The spindle is of cartridge ty pe design and uses 3 super precision angular contact
bearings in the f ront and 2 angular contact bearings at the rear end. The bearing
conf iguration giv es high stif f ness to the spindle assembly in both axial and radial
directions.
Trav eling on f our circuit linear rails, it comes with excellent f eatures. Setting
benchmarks with its unprecedented speed, precision and accuracy, the carriage
assembly pav es a way f or extremely high acceleration and deceleration response
which results in superior positioning and giv es accurate results repeatedly.
Calibration is being done with laser and ball bar. Macpower ensures maximum v alue
addition and quality output.
Equipped with the adv antage of an ergonomic design, the machine comes with a f ull
guard that enables a clean premises throughout the operation. This f eature prev ents
the contaminants f rom the machine slides, switches and other electrical dev ices.
SPECIFICATIONS FEATURES

TAILSTOCK
The tailstock consists of a hy draulically operater quill, which mov es inside the housing. The
quill and body are independently mov eable. The tailstock is supported on V and f lat
guidewaqy s. Programmable quill being prov ided as a standard.
