athleteswentoutsidethecoachesandstaffcouldn'thelpbutseethevoluntaryworkouts.Theworkoutended
afterabout15minutes.
ThisviolationwasdiscoveredthroughISU'snormalmonitoringproceduresandconfirmedbytheheadcoach.
Thiswasanunintentionalviolationthatoccurredbecauselackofplanning.Hadtheheadstrengthcoach
rememberedandknownwherethecampwasgoingonhecouldhavehadthestudentathletesdotheir
outdoorworkinadifferentlocation.

incompletethestudentathletewouldmeetprogresstowardsdegreerequirements.Transferinstitutioncalled

andnoticedacountablecallhadnotbeenmadethatweeksoheplacedtwocallsthatresultedinnoanswer.
CoachTwodidnottalkwiththeprospectbutthetelephonecallsbyitselfareviolations.WhenCoachTwo
wenttoinputnotes,henoticedCoachOnehadinputtednotesaboutaconversationearlierthatweek,thus,
discoveringtheviolation.OriginallyCoachTwoonlyreportedoneviolation.Thecomplianceofficediscovered
thesecondviolationthroughitsnormalmonitoringprocedures.TheCoachexplainedhewasconfusedabout
thetimingofthecallsandtheapplicationoftherules.
