1.0 INTRODUCTION

Over the dacades mobile phones are electronic devices, mobile, short-range use as voice

'video. Most of the mobile phone in relation to the cellular network base stations are then

Telecommunications technology has changed the lifestyle of many people, including
society in our country. If the phone once one symbol or exclusive luxury goods more prestigious,
but now that perception has changed. Mobile phone or also known as a mobile phone or

occurred due to abuse. Recently, a secondary school in Kuala Terengganu in the limelight 'more',

2.0 PROBLEMS AT MOBILE PHONE USER
Mobile phones bring a lot of changes in life our daily. Increase the efficiency of mobile
communication systems. Size enable small mobile phones carried anywhere. Thus each
connected mobile users can easily and quickly. Sharing information and images can also be
easily made once through *** Q and MMS. This communication system can be operated easily
and quickly, it is important for businessmen and professionals such as doctors and CEOs of large
companies should be contacted when emergency and needed services. In places telefom online
with no fixed, mobile phones are means of communication especially for contacting the outside
world. The mother parents also can easily locate their children who are always out of home to the
city. When an emergency occurs and there is no public telephone available, cell phones can save
lives with facilities its emergency calls. Although cell phones bring many benefits to in our lives,
but there is also a negative effect on consumption mobile phones.
According to a report in the Daily News 16/10/2004, at Stockholm, reports a study
published by the international journal,Epidemiology, people who use mobile phones at least 10
years ago may have found the risk of brain tumors unique. Also made a lot of experiments that
show radiation between two mobile phones at both sides of an egg can cook the egg. There are
also other similar cases. Two Recent studies in London found more and more people are craving
phone, causing them to become more depressed and irritability. British psychologists study
prosecute those do not have cell phones or other devices refuse to use it otherwise recorded

dismiss the development of cutting-edge technology and information technology to stop mobile
phone users only due to its effects. Themselves to be wise consumers use and handling.

In terms of Social , by 80% from amongst consumers say with a lot of cell phone use affect
them. While 10% felt that mobile phone use does not significantly influence the opinion and so
only a small amount of influence. Then, 80% support that the mobile phone users to be one of
the causes of moral decay of youth. No response was opposed to this question, while only 20%
are not sure.
From the findings of the economic research, by 60% among ever users prioritize
expenses related to mobile phones from other expenses. While another 40% say no. About 60%
of the respondents have priority phone-related expenses from other expenses. 17% of them have
used pocket money from parents / savings fund itself, same goes for the use of their resources on
education loan / scholarship / loan bank / charity. While 66% of users chose among wage
resources allocated for the needs of the on / off the debt. Then, among the 20% of users felt that
using a mobile phone can help in saving the cost of living. 60% were not sure, while 20% say no.
On the political front, 60% of consumers agree that the phones can be dropped
credibility penggunaantelefon a potitik while 40% say no. 90% of consumers support that the use
of cell phones could affect the running of the election, while 10% said no. From 90% in support,
only 35% felt it had a positive impact, while 65% more say otherwise. Then, 40% of consumers
agree that if the information disseminated through the national political politicians while another
60% say no.
3.0- THE RECOMMENDATION OF MOBILE USER PROBLEMS
In reviewing this issue, the researchers would like to give some recommendations to all parties,
in order to equip themselves Especially teenagers the moral character that mobile phones do not
erode their value.
3.1 - The use of mobile phones can cause both positive and negative effects, but its use in
children is not recommended because a lot of negative things will happen if it is not
controlled by parents.
3.2 - Parents should monitor the activities of their children, especially the use of mobile
phones and give attention to education anakanak.agar social problems do not occur.

3.3 - All parties, including the government should provide the best service for mobile users
that can benefit them and suppress any negative activities involving mobile phones.
3.4 -The government should also take a caring attitude towards mobile users with a
campaign and seminars on a more robust handset growth, thus able to alert the user.
3.5 - National Fatwa Council should review some related misconduct verdict that cell phone
use can be enforced so that users do not arbitrarily use mobile phones without thinking
extracted purely if misused.
3.6 - Parents should also teach their children how to use the correct mobile phone and
always give advice that children use for things that benefit only.
3.7 - The authorities should regularly monitor criminal activity involving mobile phones,
particularly in the case of spreading false SMS and provide a commensurate penalties
and fines to the offender.

So some suggestions and recommendations made to strengthen this study. It is hoped
that this study will add knowledge to all classes of real functions of mobile phones in creating a
moral society. Hopefully with a clear understanding and awareness among members of the
community can reduce problems. Finally, the researchers hope that this bit of writing can benefit
us all.
Based on the observation that the study was conducted, the community should be
given broad exposure and understanding of the actual function of the mobile phone to create a
character and bertamadun.Pihak government should take measures so that the symptoms of
unhealthy does not spread in our country beloved. Accordingly, the researchers would like to
share some thoughts and recommendations follows.

4. Respondents opinion
In reviewing this issue, the researchers would like to express some opinions related to cell phone
respondents erode the value of a masyarakat.1.Dapat have adverse effects on youth as the spread
of pornographic illustrations, the messages can have a fight or altercation. The use of mobile
phones can lead to uncontrolled waste.
2. Mobile phones can provide positive and negative values of teenagers today. It can lead to
increased social problems and raises a variety of youth crime.
3. Mobile phones can erode the value of asking spending money from parents and fraud can
occur. It can also ruin the morals of a story if things are not good.
4. The handset can also damage teenagers thinking at present due to too many entertainment
services provided in the handset so that it can distract.
5. Can degrade a person, especially in situations of gossip and slander. If the message is
disseminated defamatory or gossip, it would be a shame people slandered, thus resulting in
hostility and resentment.
5. Conclusion
In conclusion, based on the observation that the study was conducted, the community
should be given broad exposure and understanding of the actual function of the mobile phone to
create a character and civilization.The government should take measures so that the symptoms of
unhealthy does not spread in our country beloved.
