4. Approach Information
**NOTE: FACSFAC should coordinate with NUC with
inbound approaches as soon as practical.
Question: A/C has been cleared for the NUC RNAV 23 and
is 3 miles from the FAF when visual contact with the field is
made. NUC last reported weather is 2,200ft broken, visibility
2 miles. A/C may discontinue the approach in all of the
following instances EXCEPT?
a. (callsign) requests and is cleared for a Visual Approach.
b. (callsign) reaches the MAP, executes the published
missed approach, and requests an IFR clearance back to NZY.
