The following discrepancies were observed during preliminary evaluation of the bid proposal submitted by you

2. 11.a of DTCN
Any conditional tender shall be rejected. The scope of the work defined in
the bid proposal is not in
conformity with the terms and
conditions of the DTCN as well as
clarification issued vide OWSSB
letter No. 1062 dt. 24.03.2014 &
no. 1254 dt. 10.04.2014, thus
rendering the tender conditional.
An undertaking should be
furnished to the effect that in
the event of award of work,
the tenderer shall abide by the
provisions of DTCN as well as
subsequent clarification issued
by OWSSB unconditionally
irrespective of the proposal
submitted in the bid.
Required compliance on the matter should be submitted to OWSSB within 7 (Seven) days of issue of this letter,
failing which the bid will be evaluated on its own merit as per Cl. 11 (c) of the DTCN.

2.5 (b) Work
experience
Tenderer should have experience in RCC
construction of wet wells, intake wells
employing in-situ construction methods or
through well sinking methods including
installation of pumps, panels, screens, sluice
gates, EOT cranes , girders, laying of sewers
of 600 mm diameter or above and associated
civil constructions i.e. building to house the
wet well and generator, having size of 372
m2 and above, all relating to sewage/ water
pumping stations as a prime contractor
during last 7 years.
Sub-contractor's experience & resources shall
not be taken into account in determining the
bidder's compliance with the qualifying
criteria (Attested copy of certificate of
authenticity is to be enclosed issued by the
concerned Officer in the rank of Executive
Engineer or above). Failure to submit proof in
support will result in non-consideration of the
tender.
