Job Description:
The person in this position will developing and supporting our success in Poland and Europe.
Candidates with experience in the areas of energy efficiency, energy conservation are preferred.

Your responsibility inside our client projects as part of project team:
Conduct energy audits to evaluate energy use, costs, or conservation measures.
Identify energy savings opportunities and make recommendations to achieve more energy efficient
operation.
Conduct jobsite observations, field inspections, or sub-metering to collect data for energy conservation
analyses.
Prepare project reports and other program or technical documentation.
Provide consultation to clients or other engineers on topics such as energy auditing , data logging,
energy management control systems, sustainable design and energy modeling
Review architectural, mechanical, or electrical plans and specifications to evaluate energy efficiency or
determine economic, service, or engineering feasibility.
Analyze, interpret, or create graphical representations of energy data, using engineering software.
Inspect or monitor energy systems, including heating, electricity, ventilating, air conditioning (HVAC)
etc. to determine energy use or potential energy savings.
Make recommendations regarding energy fuel selection.
Promote awareness or use of alternative or renewable energy sources.
Direct the work of contractors or staff in the implementation of energy management projects.
Manage the development, design, or construction of energy conservation projects to ensure acceptability
of budgets and time lines

Qualifications
Degree in engineering or equivalent
Good understanding of mechanical systems, electrical systems, safety, and power principles
Proven ability to research and develop potential solutions
Effective interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills

Ability to effectively present technical information to an executive audience as well as to lower and
mid-level managers
Proficient with workplace software including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Able to manage time and set priorities, to meet goals and manage a list of prospective projects
Willingness to travel up to 50% in support of client engagements.
Self-motivated
Fluency in written and spoken English. Russian and any other will be a plus.
Beneficial Skills and Qualifications
Experience with energy audits
Industry experience in our key markets Oil and Gas, Metallurgical Processes, General Manufacturing
and Mining
