Oracle Install Base is a separate module for Oracle E-Business Suite which is asicall!
used to trac" the complete life c!cle of an item# $he item can e an in%entor! item ie
tangile item or intangile item such as &icense or Ser%ice# 'e can %iew following details
from the Item Instance through the Oracle Install Base
(iew and maintain general information aout the item instance as s!stem name)
ser%ice id numer) owner and location
(iew and update %alues for additional attriutes for an item or instance#
(iew and define associated asset information such as asset numer) date placed in
ser%ice and emplo!ee#

associated with an instance#
