Terms and conditions

By applying for the use of Mobile Banking services and agreeing to the terms and
conditions of its use, the customer understands that he/she, among others:
1. Represents that the information provided by the customer to the Bank in relation
to the service is true, complete, relevant and up to date
2. agrees that the services are for the sole and eclusive use by the customer and
understands that the Bank shall not be liable for any transaction allegedly
performed by a third party !hether the same becomes possible because of
accidental, negligent or unauthori"ed disclosure of the username and the
pass!ord/pin, and it shall be presumed to be acting in good faith and !ith due
care as long as user name and pass!ord /pin match each other.
#. $grees that he/she shall not let any other person to use the services for any
purpose and any obligations arising out of such authori"ations, or such use by any
third party even !ithout authori"ations, or such use by any third party even
!ithout authori"ation by the customer, shall be his/hers.
%. &hall not hold the Bank liable for any loss arising out of transactions performed on
the basis of prices and information provided on the internet site, such information
being only for reference purposes.
'. $grees not to hold the Bank liable for any time lag bet!een his/her instructions
for a Banking transaction made by use of the facility, nor shall he/she hold the
Bank liable for any non(eecution of instructions by the Bank !ithout assigning
any reasons.
). $ny instructions made online may not be !ithdra!n by the customer unless !ith
the consent of the Bank and shall be irrevocably binding on the customer if by the
time the customer approaches the Bank for rescinding such instructions the Bank
has already acted upon it in good faith.
*. $grees to follo! the guidance provided by the Bank on(line to log onto the
service by entering his/her username and any instructions received by the Bank by
use of his/her username and pass!ord/pin shall be treated as genuine instructions
from the customer may change the pass!ord/pin at any time but the same shall be
effective only if accepted by the Bank.
+. ,nderstands that to access the service for the first time, the customer is re-uired to
authenticate his identity online communication, accept all terms and conditions
governing the use of services and to provide such information as the Bank may
specify to identity him/her and designate accounts approved by the Bank to be
accessed by the customer to avail the services.
.. ,nderstands that the information about any account or transaction made available
online is only for reference purposes and any inconsistency bet!een the
information so made available and the information in the Bank/s records shall be
resolved in favor of the Bank/s records, unless the contrary is established.
10. Understands that the Bank shall not be liable for any cyber crimes/Mobile
loses such as hacking or Mobile misuse by third party etc.. Nor shall it be
liable for any unauthorized transactions carried out by using illegal and
fraudulent methods.
11. ,nderstands that he/she shall be re-uired to provide to the Bank such additional
information as the Bank may from time to time re-uire for the purpose of
providing such services.
12. $grees that the Bank is authori"ed to share information !ith any other person or
entity including its third party agents as and !hen necessary in accordance !ith
the prevailing la!s.
1#. 0n case of limited/partnership companies, confirms that all transactions are
ade-uately authori"ed by respective B12 of the company. $ccordingly the Board
resolution submitted to the Bank !hile opening this account does not prohibit
such transactions. 0n normal cases Bank !ill not provide Mobile Banking 3acility
for 4oint $ccount and limited/partnership companies.
1%. 5ransactions alert system of fund transfer 62R/7r8 and other charge is 9rs 2 /(
65!o rupees8.
1'. 5a !ill be applicable according to government rules.
