The bulk of the course deals to the presentation and discussion of the various parts or components of the Philippine Constitution. Hum 1 Art Appreciation This Course aims to provide the learners with the activities that reinforce, enrich, and strengthen the knowledge and skills about the humanities and arts. Included in this course are the understanding, enjoyment and expressions of feelings and ideas of the different forms of arts and corresponding mediums used. It also includes theories and principles of aesthetics and exposes the learners to some activities essential to the appreciation of art. Hum 2 Logic This course aims to make the students form sharp, clear, and correct ideas; communicate these ideas in effective language; and translate these ideas into consistent behavior. Topics include reasoning and the related terms and concepts to it such as language. Comprehension, supposition, judgment, proposition, and logical connectives among others. Hum 3 Philosophy This course examines Mans search for meaning within the totality of his Phenomenological experiences, using various existentialist writings as the point of departure for personal reflections. The discussion revolves naroun the triadic structures of his phenomenological experience: his relationship with himself, with others and with the Absolute Thou. Also discusses philosophical thoughts.

First, it aims to heighten the listening, speaking, reading and writing skills of college freshman through content or meaning and through form and function with emphasis in vocabulary and diction.
