Mr. Budhmal Baid
Mr. Budhmal Baid is the promoter of the company. He has 35 years of experience in
the construction business. He established a proprietorship business and a partnership
business firm with his two brothers and entered into business in the field of trading,
supply, transport cargo and passenger, civil construction, etc. He is one of the main
pillars of the company, which has grown up to take any challenging construction work.
He has got strong business acumen and vision ro foresee business opportunities. The
company has been able to execute various projects viz. PWD of various states, NHAI,
NF Railway, IRCON, BRO, etc. displaying high quality standards under his able
leadership.
Mr. Jodhraj Baid
Having entered into the family business along with his brothers, immediately after
graduation and the amount of hard work that he has put in, earned him sufficient
knowledge in all kinds of construction activities, planning, budgeting and execution. He
is monitoring ongoing projects on day to day basis and ensures timely completion of
the projects as per stipulation in works agreement. He has been instrumental in
executing a number of prestigious projects of road construction, bridges and border
fencing in the state of Mizoram, Tripura, and Jammu & Kashmir. His responsibilities
include but are not limited to bidding overall planning of projects, monitoring of

implementation of works and looks after contractual matters.
Mr. Pawan Baid
Entered into family business immediately after graduation. His far sighted vision and
curiosity for acquiring knowledge made him a tough personality who can take up any
challenging job in any kind of construction activities. He has been instrumental in
bringing up the company in a very short span of 8 years. His persistent effort in
marketing has helped the company to grab a number of prestigious works contracts,
which include the construction of BG single line tunnel in the state of Tripura for NF
Railway. The construction of tunnel has been completed within time, meeting highest
quality standards under his stewardship. He has been associated with the
strengthening work of the apron and widening of taxiway at Silchar Airport work
awarded by Airport Authority of India and various road work, bridge work, ballast
under NF Railway in the state of Assam and Tripura. At present he is concentrating
mainly on construction of tunnels in the state of Assam.
Mr. Hemant Baid
Entered into family business immediately after graduation. He has been given the
responsibility to look after construction of industrial buildings, complexes-commercials
and non-commercial and road construction. The company has completed a number of
projects under his leadership in time and marinating highest quality standards. At
present he is looking after a number of prestigious projects of PWD and BRO in the
state of Mizoram.
