It has been started in March 2007 by some eminent Reliable Communication in Bihar as a
small consultancy firm. This was later on promoted as a Private Limited company by few
eminent entrepreneurs with their vast Industry experience and professional background. This
has brought Reliable Aryavart Communication (India) Pvt.Ltd at a platform where it can
deliver desired results as per industry standards, through their dedicated, transparent

At present Reliable Aryavart Communication (India) Pvt.Ltd is having its offices in Patna,
Ranchi to cater the specific requirement of its client (employer) as well as job seekers locally

Objectives

Comprehensive position specification and job description are prepared.
Phase I
On receipt of a job order, a consultant is assigned to the portfolio. Based on the individual job
requirement, potential candidates from our database, personal contacts, industry
referrals, and respondents to our advertisements are short listed.
Phase II
Phase III
The short listed candidates are called for an interview. They are interviewed by our
selection panel and the representatives of our clients. For skilled categories, the candidates
are invited for a trade test to check the authenticity of the trade of the candidates.
Customized telephonic/live interviews are also arranged if required by the client.
Phase IV
Once the candidates are short-listed and selected by you, a reference check is conducted and
the candidates are sent for medical check up in a medical center, which is authorized by the
country where the candidates will be placed.
Phase V
On receipt of appointment letters, all required documents are processed as soon as possible.
The individual files will be maintained for all selected candidates, which include all the
statutory documents. Constant co-ordination is also maintained between the client's office and
our associates in the respective countries to ensure that the candidates are mobilized in the
shortest possible time
We ensure that both positive and negative decision is delivered to candidates in a discreet,
polite manner, without causing difficulties for either pay involved. We also assist candidates

1. Our service charges will be 8.33% till the assistant manager level and 10.66% for
the manager level and 12.66 % of the GM level and above. For overseas
Recruitments we charge an amount equal to one month’s gross salary offered to the
Candidate.
2. In addition to this there will be service tax of 12.24%. (Or as per service tax tariff of
Government of India.)
3. All the payments will be made only through the Cheque/DD in the favour of
Reliable Aryavart communication (India) Pvt.Ltd. payable at Patna.
4. The payments will be made within three weeks of the joining of the candidates.
5. We will be providing replacements if the candidates leave within 3 months of
His/her joining.
6. If any candidate of Reliable Aryavart communication (India) Pvt.Ltd. joins the
Aforesaid company within 6 months of his or her processing (CV Sent Reliable Aryavart
communication (India) Pvt.Ltd.) The company will be liable to pay fee according to above
Mentioned conditions.
7. All the disputes will be subject to Jurisdiction of the court.
We hereby accept the above terms and conditions and are ready to avail the
services from Reliable Aryavart communication (India) Pvt.Ltd.
