Refund and Make up policies

British Council reserves the right to close classes due to insufficient student numbers. In that
case, you will be entitled to transfer your course fees to a future term or to a full refund.
If you decide to withdraw from your class, you will be entitled to transfer your course fee to a
future term or to a refund as long as the request is made at least 24 hours before your first
lesson. A T !""" administration charge will be deducted.
#efunds are not normally given$ however we may issue a refund if you withdraw from course
due to illness. %ou will need to &rovide a doctor's note. (ach case is considered individually
by the Teaching Centre )anager. If your a&&lication to withdraw from the course is acce&ted,
we will charge a T !""" administration fee and we will deduct a &ortion of the fees for
classes that have ela&sed. *owever, you will need to inform the teaching centre as soon as
you find out about your illness.

If classes are missed through the fault of the British Council, for e,am&le in case of sic+ness
or sudden absence of the teacher, then these classes will be made u& at a time which is most
suitable to the students and the British Council. -here classes are missed for e,ternal
reasons, for e,am&le through demonstrations, hartals or force ma.eure then only first day
within the term will be made u& not the rest as these circumstances are beyond the control of
