n Study initiated due to high accident rates and
traffic congestion in the area.
n Focus is the roadway network around Route 15
Interchange 59, Route 63, and Route 69 in the
City of New Haven and the Town of
Woodbridge.
n Study will result in a recommendation plan for
the interchange and surrounding roadway
network.
