PROJECT

Project 1: Introduced and created Marketing System Implementation and Auditing Department (MSIA) to boost up
sales for the company. The object of this department was to ensure that marketing system functions to its potential.
CEOs approval and instructions are the keys to this new role. Therefore the following procedures were implemented by
MSA (Marketing Staff Administrator) by me with the approval of CEO and all the field staff was obliged to abide by it:

Random checks through online location portal maps and personal visits at different field areas uninformed in the
working hours according to the set tour programs of the field staff.
Every Individual of the staff was monitored for their competency and field performance and was reported to
Management in terms of their sales, growth, bonus control level etc.
All the field Officers were equipped with smart phone applications to save their time in filling their Daily Log
Reports.
A mobile phone tracking system was implemented on each MRs Phone to track their locations and times this was
accessible on the computer portal.

This all was first part of System Implementation where we made sure that all the team is spending required time in
their field areas. Later we started to look at their product wise achievements and growth for each Medical Rap and
areas.

Project 2: Successfully setup a Linguistic Department in Virtual University single handily. I created this project and I
was acting head of the department to maintain the work flow and performance and was adhere to the marking of it.
