Dear Kamal,

Pursuant to the interview you had with us, we are pleased to offer you the position of
ASIC Engineer in ASIC division for our Pune centre.

CTC
Your CTC per annum would be Rs. 5,00,000 (Rs. Five Lacs Only). This is inclusive of
both the PF contributions, i.e. employee and employer contribution.

Twenty Percent of the CTC amounting to Rs. 1, 00,000/- (Rs. One Lacs Twenty
Thousand) would be paid as Variable Allowance along with the salary every month.
Kindly note that you are not eligible to this amount in case you are sent on any on-site
opportunity on pro-rata basis. In such an event, you will get the appropriate overseas
currency in the respective country.

As a special case you are waived off from our policy of withholding 10% of the CTC
which is linked to Company’s performance for this financial year.

Your service will be subject to the rules and regulations of the company as may be
framed from time to time.

You next Annual Performance review will be done in March 2010, provided you join us
on or before December 31, 2009.

We will reimburse 2 tier AC ticket from Bangalore-Pune at the time of joining.

You are also entitled to one month Shared Guest House accommodation from the date of
joining.

Your service will be subject to the rules and regulations of the company as may be
framed from time to time.

PF
We have two kinds of PF deduction. An employee may opt for any of the following PF
deduction calculations.
Fixed: Rs. 780/ month
Variable: 12% of Basic
Tax Saving
For tax saving purpose we have Medical and LTC reimbursement.

For CTC > Rs. 3.00 Lacs/Annum medical reimbursement is applicable.


For CTC > Rs. 5.00 Lacs/Annum medical and LTC is applicable.
The employee can either opt for it or can opt out for this tax benefit.

We have the following two components to your CTC to make it more tax friendly:

1. Sodexho Meal Voucher


2. Contribution to Superannuation Fund

Meal Vouchers are mandatory for all employees drawing more than Rs. 5 lacs CTC and
the rest of the two are optional.

Mediclaim
We also have facility of Mediclaim (floater cover of Rs.100000 for the employee and his
family comprising of spouse and children) and Gratuity, which is over and above the
CTC.

You are requested to submit the documents as mentioned in Annexure A on the day of
your joining.

If you accept this offer, please send your acceptance within 2 days of receiving this letter.
