Team Bios
Jeffrey Nolte CEO and Founder
Founder and CEO of Moxie media Group is a self taught web designer that is
gaining ground as an entrepreneur at a jaw-dropping rate. Jeffrey founded
Moxie Media Group located in SoHo, New York in 2006 , and has been building a
lucrative web design boutique consultancy firm for over 10 years. Nolte's strong
points include understanding the synergy that must be present between all point
people in the life cycle of web software. Jeff teaches Web Development and
Design courses at Shillington and is a strong believer in BagIQ as a revolutionary
tool for a healthier and happier planet. There is no better time than now to
leverage our technological advancement for betterment of peoples health than
now. Jeffrey has worked with AOL, Toyota, Perrier, Patch.com and Vita Coco.


Chris Nolte Account/Project Manager
Bachelors of Science NYIT
Chris , a retired US Army Veteran, has over 12 years experience working with the web,
starting with a primary focus in SEO, Internet Marketing, and E-commerce. Chris is a Word Press
evangelist and has extensive expertise and knowledge in Rich Internet Applications, Theme, and
Plug-in development. He has experience developing with both proprietary and open-source
software. He has been working with Moxie Media Group on a variety of projects since its
inception.

Victor Onychenko Chief Technical Advisor / Lead Engineer
Masters Degree in Computer Science - Kiev Polytechnic University
Victor has over 12 years working with the Web and its various technologies s. At age 13,
Victor had full understanding of object-oriented programming. Victor has provided level 3
support on several open-source projects. including Spree, Ruby on Rails, Symphony, He has a
full understanding of Linux, PC, and Mac operating systems, and has expert experience with
JavaScript, Ruby, PHP, HTML4+5, and CSS, as well as shell scripting. Victor is fluent in Russian
and English and has been a partner of Moxie Media Group since 2007
Dmitry Tokmakov - Lead Front-End Developer / WordPress Engineer
Siberia Federal University - Computer Science of Technology - Masters Degree in
Engineering - Russia
Dmitry has over 9 years experience with the web and object oriented programming. His
current passion involves Word Press/PHP and developing for the modern web. Dmitry also
studied artificial intelligence systems and contributed to a project that involves recognition
systems for forest fires and other satellite-received information. Dmitry is a nationally ranked
table tennis player and has used this skill to travel the world. He has been a member of Moxie
Media Group since late 2009.
Scott Szul - Lead Designer / UI/UX Specialist
Bachelor in Industrial Design- University of the Arts
Scott, a native of Trenton, NJ, started his career in New York City as an Art Director for
The Romann Group, working on interactive and print campaigns for clients such as Benihana,
Dish Network, and AT&T. His passion lies with exploration of the exponential growth of digital
design. While freelancing at digital agencies and working with clients like NFL, Hertz, Johnson &
Johnson, and Match.com, he gained a better understanding of the inner workings of a digital
environment. With this knowledge and a drive to promote a better online experience, Scott
founded Studio Cake in 2008. Here his love for design and innovative online technologies
meshed to provide clients with fresh, smart, and imaginative digital campaigns.

Case Studies
We helped Kapitall.com optimize their landing-page performance, implement analytics, and
track users. We also built Kapitall Wire, a fully customized WordPress solution. Wired called
Kapitall.com "...a Minority Report-like interface for your stock portfolio.
Beekman 1802
Beekman 1802 is a TV show, mercantile, bestselling cookbook / memoir, website, and
tourism destination all inspired by the Beekman 1802 farm in Sharon Springs, NY. Moxie
worked in tandem with Studio Cake to redesign Beekman's preexisting WordPress website.
We completely restructured the site, database, and content to take full advantage of useful
WordPress native features. Since the relaunch, overall traffic to Beekman1802.com has
increased exponentially, as has user engagement.
Leblon Cachaca
Brazil-based spirit brand Leblon Cachaca asked us to create their website, and then later to
update it to a mobile-friendly format. Studying how mobile users interacted with the first
generation of lebloncachaca.com, we were able to emphasize key content and streamline
interaction for the mobile experience. We also worked with Leblon Cachaca to develop an
overall mobile strategy.
ModernSpaces
We started working with ModernSpaces in 2008. By launching an SEO campaign, creating
outgoing feeds for all listings, and making other optimizations, ModernSpaces' traffic jumped
by 100% in two months. In the four years we've worked with ModernSpaces, their staffing
has increased by 400%, expanding to fill four offices. In additi on to the ModernSpaces
website, we assisted with the buildout of several of their new development web projects.
Our partnership is still going strong.
Blu Realty Group
BLU Realty Group contracted us to design and develop a website in January 2011. All desi gn
and development was completed in house by the Moxie design and development team. We
continue to manage the BLU website and assist with their overall web presence.

E-ternal
E-ternal allows users to send video messages into the future. Nick Acemoglu got the idea
for the concept after receiving a letter from his late grandmother. Users can record or
upload video, choose recipients, and select a date in the future for the video to be delivered.
