equipandempowerstudentswhofeelcalledtoleadotherindividualswithaChristlike
attitude.

WewantyourinvolvementinthisministrytospringfromyourunderstandingthatGodloves
youunconditionallyandthatservingHimisntaboutearningyourplacein
HeavenChristdidthatforyou.AsabelieverinChrist,eachoneofyouwerecreated,
saved,andgiftedforministry.Godhasdesignedadistinctcalledforyou.Hehasgiven
yougifts,experiences,andqualitiesthatHewantsyoutouse,notjustatchurch,butalsoat
home,school,onyoursportsteam,etc.

WearenotlookingforstudentsthatviewSLasanextensionoftheirsociallifeorstudents
whoaremotivatedbyrecognition,reputation,rankorreward.Instead,wearelookingfor
studentswhohaveadesiretocareforandloveothers.Wearelookingforstudentswho
areservinginallaspectsoftheirlifeandwhoarewillingtobespiritualleaderstothose
aroundthem.Wewantstudentswhoareselfless,showhumility,andarewillingtoserve.

Wewanttotrain,develop,anddisciplestudentleaderssothattheyareequippedtobetter
servetheirchurch,schools,andcommunities.Wewanttoseestudentsgrowand
discovertheirgiftsandabilitiessotheycanusethemtoglorifyGod.
