4 Overdue Gold Loans
Ratings for Overdue GLs to be provided as detailed here:- Under each category of GL
overdue tenors, from 91 days to 180 days,181 to 270 days, 271 to 360 days and above
360 days, the permitted percentage of overdues to outstanding Gold Loans are
8%,6%,5% and 1% respectively. You have to work out the total outstanding overdues
under each category to find out the permissible percentage of overdues under each
category. The outstanding overdues above the permitted levels will have to be worked
out to find the rating under Recovery of Overdue loans. An example worked out in
Sheet 5 will further clarify the position correctly.
