Trading Credit Campaign Terms and Conditions


1. In order to participate in the Trading Credit Campaign you agree to be bound by these Terms as
well as the general terms and conditions that apply to your Account.

2. You are required to be over eighteen (18) years old and not have previously opened a live trading
account with Hirose Financial UK.

3. This program will run from 00:00 GMT on 1

4. Upon opening a trading account with Hirose Financial UK, it will be credited with 10 (, , or
$ that reflects your base currency) within 1 business day. The Credit applies only to the first
Account that you open with us. The payment made to you is a credit to your trading account that
can be used for trading purposes but cannot be withdrawn.

5. In order to maintain the Account Opening Credit in your trading account you are required to make
at least one (1) opening and one (1) closing trade within one (1) calendar month of opening your
trading account. If you fail to make one opening trade and one closing trade within the
specified time limit then the Account Opening Credit will be removed.

6. We reserve the right to exclude you from this promotion if we believe you have tried to benefit
from fraudulent activities or your actions have breached any good faith of this promotion.

7. Only one member from the same household may participate in this campaign.

8. We may use the information that you provide us during the application process to provide you
with information about our products and services. If you do not wish to receive such information
you must email us at info@hiroseuk.com

9. We are under no obligation to accept anyone as a client of Hirose Financial UK.

10. Hirose Financial UK reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time and
without prior notice. Any amendment will be notified to you on our website and by continuing to
use our website and services you accept any such modified terms.

11. This program will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

12. If any of these Terms and Conditions are found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under any
applicable law, such term or condition shall, insofar as it is severable from the remaining terms
and conditions, be deemed omitted from this Program and shall in no way affect the legality,
validity or enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.

13. If these Terms and Conditions are translated into a foreign language then the English version
shall prevail if any inconsistency exists.
