THE BUCKINGHAMS

This rider is attached to and hereby made part of the contract dated ______________________
between Carl Giammarese F/S/O The Buckinghams TM (hereafter known as "Artist") and
_____________________ (hereafter known as "Purchaser").

All terms and provisions in this rider and in the contract to which it is attached are part of one and
the same contract and are referred to herein as the "Contract". Signing the cover page of the
contract verifies that all conditions and previsions of this rider will be met. No part of this contract
may be altered or deleted without the express written consent of:

1. The Buckinghams shall receive 100% "Star Billing in all publicity and advertising including, but
not limited to, billboards, flyers, programs, newspaper ads, radio and television ads, etc.

2. Stage (with an appropriate backdrop) must be no less than forty (40) feet wide, by twenty-four
(24) feet deep, by three (3) feet high, or a suitable height relative to the venue. A "Carpeted" drum
riser twelve (12) feet wide, by eight (8) feet deep, by twenty-four (24) inches high, well secured to the
stage and positioned according to the stage plot, and must be provided.

3. A secured staircase to the audience should be center stage when appropriate.

4. A roof, sufficient to provide protection to the stage, the Artist, the Artist's equipment and the
Artist's working crew must be provided at all outdoor venues irrespective of forecasted weather
conditions. This roof is to be provided at no cost to the Artist, etc.

5. The Front Of House (F.O.H.) mix console should be placed two thirds (2/3) of the way back in the
house and in front of one stack (right of center). The monitor console should be either stage right or
left, or if necessary, it may be exposed to the audience. Isolated power to four (4) quad boxes (110
volts/20 amps per box) is required within access of the stage amplifier line. (A monitor
board/monitors are not negotiable.)

6. Purchaser will supply an engineer to operate the F.O.H. console unless otherwise notified by The
Artist. A house or sound company employee will mix monitors for both the sound check and the
performance(s). In addition, the house or sound company will provide personnel to trouble shoot
sound problems during sound check and performance(s).

7. Purchaser will provide two (2) experienced stagehands to assist Artist's staff in setting up,
tearing down, unloading, and loading, before and after the performance(s).

8. The Artist will have full access to the place of performance at least one (1) hour prior to the start
of the first performance(s). This access should include the venue and the dressing rooms.

9. SOUND EQUIPMENT, LIGHTS AND BAND GEAR: Purchaser will provide a first-class real
"ROCK-N-ROLL" Public Address System consisting of the following equipment:

A. F.O.H.MIX: Minimum 32-channel PROFESSIONAL (Midas/Yamaha/Soundcraft/ etc) ANALOG
live-sound mixing console with (8) subgroups, (4) discrete post-fader aux sends, and minimum 4-
band semi-parametric channel equalization with High-Pass filter. A SPARE power supply is
REQUIRED as is proper lighting for the mixing console and outboard racks. Mixing consoles
designed for multi-track recording are NEVER acceptable. Digital mixing consoles must be approved
in advance and UPS (uninterruptible power supply) is MANDATORY.
NOT ACCEPTABLE: Behringer/Mackie/Peavey or similar.
B. F.O.H. PROCESSING:
1. 1/3 octave graphic equalizers (with fader control only, no digital/DSP equalizers)
for all outputs (Left, Right, front-fill, subs, etc): Klark-Teknik/BSS/dBx
2. (8) compressor/limiters for insert, (2) compressor/limiters for Left & Right
main speakers: Drawmer/dBx/Klark, NOT Behringer, Peavey, Alesis or similar
3. (6) noise gates: Drawmer/dBx/Klark, NOT Behringer, Peavey, or similar
4. (4) separate effects processors:
(3) reverb/effect units: Lexicon PCM-Series/TC Electronic/Yamaha SPX or REV
(1) dedicated digital delay unit: TC 2290/D2, Lexicon PCM-42, Roland SDE
(Multi-effect unit for delay NOT acceptable, unit must have numeric time indicator)
NOT Behringer, Peavey, Alesis, DOD, Digitech or similar
NO series/parallel multi-effect units
5. CD player for system testing and walk-in/walk-out music.

C. F.O.H. SPEAKERS: PROFESSIONAL 3-way or 4-way Hi-Output Hi-Fidelity speaker system
with dedicated 18 subwoofers must be provided, all designed & manufactured by: JBL/EAW/Nexo/
Meyer/Electro-Voice. Hi-Power PROFESSIONAL amplifiers manufactured by
Crest/Crown/QSC/Camco/Lab Gruppen, with ACTIVE crossover systems or processor/software-based
controllers. Component speakers with separate horns/mids enclosures are NOT acceptable. Mackie/
Peavey/Behringer/etc. speaker systems are NOT acceptable. Quantity of main speakers & amplifiers
to be determined by the capacity of the venue, adequate & proper coverage MUST be provided for
ALL audience locations and may require dedicated front-fill/near-fill/out-fill speakers. Remote/Delay
speaker systems must be properly time-aligned to the main speaker system.
D . MONITOR MIX: Minimum 32-channel PROFESSIONAL (Midas/Yamaha/Soundcraft/etc.) live-
sound mixing console with (10) discrete aux/mix outputs and minimum 4-band semi-
parametric channel equalization with High-Pass filter. A SPARE power supply is
REQUIRED as is proper lighting for the mixing console and outboard EQ rack. Mixing
consoles designed for multi-track recording or Front-of-House are NEVER acceptable. This
console MUST be designed SPECIFICALLY for monitor applications with post-cue EQ insert
points on all aux/mix outputs. NOT ACCEPTABLE: Behringer/Mackie/Peavey or similar.
MONITORS MIXED FROM THE MAIN/FOH CONSOLE IS NEVER ACCEPTABLE.
E. MONITOR EQUALIZATION: (10) 1/3 octave graphic equalizers (with fader control only, no
digital/DSP equalizers): Klark-Teknik/BSS/dBx. All outboard monitor equalizers must be
INSERTED into the aux/mix outputs, in-line/post-cue equalizers are NOT acceptable.
F. MONITOR SPEAKERS: minimum of (8) PROFESSIONAL HIGH-OUTPUT floor wedge
monitors, MUST be bi-amped (passive is NOT acceptable without prior approval), 12-15
woofer with 1-2 HF compression driver (piezo-type horns/tweeters are NEVER acceptable).
(2) full-range 3-way STEREO (actively crossed over) sidefill speakers and (1) drum subwoofer
are also required and must be adequately powered for maximum undistorted output.

G. MICROPHONES: All Five (5) musicians sing and need mics. All vocal mics must be CLEAN
and UNDAMAGED. Foam windscreens must be provided for ALL microphones if the event
is outdoors. Mics with On-Off switches are NOT acceptable. A selection of spare clips is required.
1. One (1) frequency-agile UHF handheld (Shure 58/B58 ONLY) wireless microphone
for the lead singer. DURACELL or PROCELL batteries only, fresh batteries
must be installed just prior to the show.
2. Six (6) Shure SM-58 or Beta-58 vocal mics (ALL 6 MUST MATCH, 1 is a spare
for the wireless and must be set-up & tested prior to soundcheck)
3. One (1) bass drum mic: Shure Beta-52 / AKG D-112/or similar
4. Five (5) drum tom mics: Shure SM-57 or SM-91/Sennheiser E609 or similar
(ALL 5 MUST MATCH)
5. One (1) drum snare mic: Shure Beta-57A preferred, or SM-57
6. Three (3) condenser mics: Shure SM-81/AKG 451 (2 for overheads MUST match)
7. Five (5) instrument mics for guitar amps and 3 horns: Shure SM-57
8. Four (4) Active direct boxes: Bass + Stereo Keyboards + spare
(Whirlwind Director series (NOT Imp series), Radial, Countryman, BSS, K-T)

H. MICROPHONE STANDS:
Adequate quantity & selection of professional mic stands & booms (no gooseneck
attachments are acceptable, adjustable BOOMS only), all to be in good working order
and in decent cosmetic condition. Atlas booms with cast-iron counterweights are
NOT acceptable. Round-base stands for all positions except Keyboard vocal and overhead
drum mics, which must have tripod bases. All five (5) musicians need stands.

I. LIGHTS: The stage lighting requirements are as follows:
1.Two (2) carbon arc spotlights (or Xenon) with two (2) professional operators.
2. Four (4) color washes focused from stage left and stage right.
3. Six (6) color washes upstage and downstage.
4. Two (2) Three (3) color washes for the drum position.
5. Five (5) color special locations, two (2) instruments per location.
6. These washes should be accomplished with Pars or Lekos and specials can
be any type of Leko. All instruments must be at least one-thousand (1000) watts. All gel
color assignments will be available prior to sound check for arrangement with Susan Rakis.
7. A professional CLEAR-COM system with four (4) positions, one (1) at each
follow spot, one (1) at the lighting console and one (1) at the F.O.H. console. This is essential!
8. The venue or lighting company will provide a professional lighting console operator
to run the stage lights.

10. ON STAGE/BAND GEAR/BACK LINE: Gear requirements are as follows:
DRUMS: One (1) six (6) piece Yamaha Birch or Maple High End Kit. ( Any other
TOP TIER KIT will work (e.i.: DW, Tama, Pearl)). No color preference. Kit must include: 10, 12 mounted toms
plus 14 and 16 floor toms and a 22 bass drum (20 is okay) + 14 snare drum (6-1/2 or 5-1/2) deep. There
should be a spare snare drum for back-up. Heads should be New (or like new) and should have Pinstripe or
Genera II on the top and Ambassadors on the bottom and a Coated Ambassador on the snare, spare heads are
required for all drum heads. Richei Rings or Evans e-rings or equivalent, two (2) of each-sizes 12, 14, 16.
A rug large enough to be placed under the drum kit on the riser must be included.

HARDWARE: Five (5) high end sturdy boom stands + one (1) snare stand + one
hi-hat stand + two(2) DW 9000 single bass drum pedals or any other Top Tier Pedals (i.e: Tama, Yamaha.
Pearl), one is a SPARE + one (1) double kick pedal + one (1) attachable cowbell + one (1) high-end throne, not
hydraulic. All hardware must be double braced.

CYMBALS: SABIAN, ZILDJIAN or PAISTE. One (1) 21 ride( rock, medium or ping) + two 18 medium thin
crashes + one(1) 16 or 17 medium thin crash + (1) china+ one(1) pair of 14 hi-hats.

KEYS: One (1) USS Apex two (2) tier stand with one (1) short (standard) tier and one (1) long tier
(aka Superbars). One (1) Roland KC 500 Keyboard Amplifier. One (1) Roland XP-80; One (1) 61-key
Korg Triton.
BASS: One (1) Ampeg SVT classic 300-watt TUBE amplifier with one (1) SVT speaker cabinet with
eight (8) 10 Speakers.
GUITAR 1: One (1) Fender Blackface 65 Deluxe Reverb Reissue or one (1) Fender Hotrod Deville
212. One (1) American made Fender Stratocaster.
GUITAR 2: One (1) Fender "The Twin" with redknobs and channel switching pedal. One (1)
American made Fender Stratocaster with Whammy and strung with Ernie Ball Regular
Slinky strings (.010-.046 gauge). One (1) tambourine. One (1) LP hand-held cowbell and beater.
HORN SECTION: When the horn section is contracted, one (1) 6 X 8 riser 24 high with
three (3) music stands with lights are needed. The horn section is set up stage left, between
the bass player and the drummer.

Artist can provide backline/Stage Gear at an additional cost. Inquiries should be
directed to Susan Rakis. This is an additional service supplied at a competitive price.

11. SECURITY: Purchaser will provide, at minimum, three (3) security personnel for the Artist; one (1)
positioned at the Artist's dressing room/stage door, one (1) stage left and one (1) stage right at the barrier apron.
Security must be re-positioned after the concert during any autograph session(s). (See Section #16 below.)

12. BAND PASSES: Artist will provide laminates with "ALL ACCESS", THE BUCKINGHAMS logo and dated
with the current year for their working staff only.

13. STAGE PASSES AND BACKSTAGE PASSES: Purchaser will provide Day of the Event passes marked
"STAGE ACCESS" for BUCKINGHAMS staff/local crew AND passes marked BACKSTAGE for band
entourage to Susan Rakis or her designated representative. ARTIST will determine the appropriate number of
passes required.

14. V.I.P./GUEST PASSES: The purchaser shall provide no less than twenty-four (24) guest passes per show.
These passes will be provided at no cost to the ARTIST and should provide V.I.P. seating in the F.O.H. These
passes must be provided to Susan Rakis in advance of the performance in the form of tickets or may be in the
form of a guest list established at the door/gate.

15. TRANSPORTATION AND HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS: Transportation to and from the airport, hotel, and
venue should be in the form of one (1) fifteen (15) passenger van (with the back seat removed) or a comparable
vehicle(s). Transportation should be made available to The Artist during their entire stay. Hotel
accommodations for six non-smoking rooms must be first rate with a restaurant within or nearby.
When suites are available, two of the six rooms should be reserved as suites for The Artists
Principals (Carl Giammarese and Nick Fortuna). All transportation and hotel accommodations will be
supplied at no cost to the Artist. (When the event takes place in the Chicagoland area, parking spaces with
stage access must be provided for eight (8) vehicles including the gear truck. When the horn section is
contracted, eleven (11) parking spaces are required.)

16. MERCHANDISING: The Artist shall have the right to sell merchandise in the form of pictures, shirts,
buttons, tapes, CD's, etc. with no % taken on music-ware (CDs, videos, tapes etc.) Purchaser shall supply a
secure display area with ample lighting, access to electricity, and tables located stage right or stage left, for the
Artist's merchandising person. Artist shall have the right to sell such merchandise before, during and after the
performance(s). If the Artist approves an autograph session after the performance(s), security will be provided
to and from the dressing room and during autographing. Stanchions must be provided and security must control
the movement of the line.

17. STAGE SET UP: Twelve (12) PRE-WASHED white towels (2 bath size and 10 hand-towels) + twelve (12)
bottles of water, should be given to SUSAN RAKIS or her designated representative thirty (30) minutes prior to
each show or performance(s). This is in addition to the supplies listed in 18E and 18G.

18. DRESSING ROOM/HOSPITALITY: Purchaser will provide at least one (1) large lockable dressing room
with lavatory and shower facilities separate from those available to the general public. For remote locations, a
mobile home with working facilities is acceptable. Tents are never appropriate. The dressing room should have
private access to the stage and be equipped with at least all of the following:
A. One (1) full length mirror.
B. One (1) ironing board with iron.
C. Ten (10) chairs and one (1) table.
D. Two (2) keys for the door lock to the dressing room. If keys cannot be distributed, the
PURCHASER must designate a person who must be stationed at the door for easy access before,
during, and after the show.
E. Twelve (12) large clean towels for each show. Towels should be placed in the dressing room prior to
the bands arrival. (These towels are in addition to the towels listed in #17 above.)
F. Snacks for twelve (12) which should include a fruit tray, a vegetable tray, one (1) can of
whole cashews, one bag of plain M & Ms, and one (1) bottle of c aber net , mer l ot , or r ed zi nf andel with a
corkscrew and glasses.
G. Cold drinks on ice provided before and refreshed after each performance to include a
minimum of twenty-four (24) additional bottles of water, twelve (12) bottles of Pepsi, twelve (12) bottles of diet
Coke, six (6) bottles of 7-up, six (6) bottles of Lipton iced tea ( diet, regular) twelve (12) bottles of beer
(Molson, Amstel or Miller). There should also be hot coffee and tea (with cream, sugar, lemon, and honey) and
one package of "throat-coat" tea bags.

19. MEALS: Meals should be served in a dining area separate from the dressing room and should
be prepared in amounts sufficient to feed twelve (12). (PLEASE NOTE THAT ONE BAND MEMBER
DOES NOT EAT RED MEAT.) Meals should include an appetizer (like salad, hot wings, cheese
sticks, pot stickers) a main dish (like chicken with rice or potatoes, pizza, pasta, Chinese, Mexican)
and dessert (like cheesecake, pie, cake, cookies). Please discuss meal arrangements with Susan
Rakis.

20. MUSIC LICENSES: Purchaser agrees to procure and pay for, at his own expense, prior to the
date of the engagement provided for in this agreement all necessary licenses for said engagement,
including, but not limited to, any and all clearances and licenses from the composers, authors and
publishers' association of ASCAP and BMI and Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless
Artist from any and all claims of nature arising from Purchaser's failure to procure the aforesaid
licenses and clearances with respect to the said musical compositions. This paragraph refers
exclusively to ASCAP and BMI.

21. COLLATERAL USE/JOINT VENTURE: Purchaser shall not have the right to broadcast,
televise or photograph the performance(s) without explicit permission of the Artist and/or Susan
Rakis. Whenever sound and/or visual recording permission is granted, media personnel are under
the sole direction of Artist and/or Artist's staff as to placement of equipment, movement restrictions
and audio requirements. These arrangements must be made at least one (1) week in advance. Two
(2) complimentary duplicates of all recordings will be provided to the Artist.

It is the Purchaser's responsibility to monitor the audience for hand-held microphones,
outside light sources and audio/video recorders, which are absolutely prohibited during
the performance(s).

22. CONTROL OF PRODUCTION: Artist shall have sole and exclusive control over the production,
presentation and performance of this entertainment unit and each member thereof, including all
persons employed by Artist in connection with engagement.

Once the Artist has set the stage for the engagement, no part of the stage setting shall be
changed until after the final performance without permission of the Artist and/or Susan
Rakis. Prior to the engagement, all opening act's set lists must be faxed to Susan Rakis
(773-254-6672) for Artist approval to avoid conflict/duplication in music performed.

23. NO ENDORSEMENTS: Artist's name and/or likeness may not be used as an endorsement of
any product, commodity, service or the like, nor shall it be used directly or indirectly in connection
with any commercial tie up or otherwise (except solely in connection with the sale of tickets to the
engagement hereunder) without prior written consent of Artist.

24. CANCELLATION PRIVILEGE: Purchaser agrees that the Artist may cancel engagement
hereunder by giving Purchaser written notice mailed to the address set forth in the agreement at
least thirty (30) days prior to the commencement date of the engagement provided Artist should be
called upon to furnish their services in connection with a theatrical motion picture, television
program, or stage play, and if Artist, in Artist's sole discretion, determines that the engagement
might conflict with such other engagement, or with any rehearsal or preparation thereof.

25. AVAILABILITY FOR PROMOTIONS: TV, radio, and newspaper interviews are
encouraged; to formalize interviews, PURCHASER should put media directly in touch
with The Buckinghams publicist Dawn Lee Wakefield at 979-777-1662 , Susan Rakis at 312-
909-5890 or Jim Lenz at Paradise Artists at 805-646-8433.

Artist's obligations herein are subject to detention or prevention of sickness, inability to perform,
accident, transportation, acts of God, riots, strike, labor disputes, epidemics, and any act of public
authority or any cause similar or dissimilar beyond Artist's control.

In the event of rain or other weather conditions, which might interfere with the performance(s) of
Artist hereunder, the parties shall mutually determine whether or not, the performance(s) should
proceed. However, in any event, if the performance(s) is not held by reason of any such weather
conditions, Purchaser agrees to pay Artist the full amount provided for in the contract. If the Artists
performance is delayed due to prior acts running overtime by more than forty-five (45) minutes, The
Artist will have the right to shorten their performance(s).

All settlements are to be made at the time of soundcheck to Susan Rakis or Carl
Giammarese. (Cash Preferred. Cashiers checks are to be written to BUCKINGHAMS
MUSIC LTD.)

This contract rider, its terms and conditions, supersedes all other BUCKINGHAMS' riders executed
prior to October 2012.

The terms of all pages of this contract are agreed to by:
