properties, including high visibility customer facing sights and web services.
Perform hands on issue analysis and troubleshooting of production level enterprise systems residing across
multiple platforms and associated services (IIS, Apache, Windows, LINUX)
To act quickly and efficiently on problem resolution, or escalate in cases where appropriate.
Understand the complex network infrastructure and the many services/protocols which can cause issues for
external customers, while maintaining the ability to quickly and effectively identify and eliminate active service
interruptions.
