ADJUSTMENT FOR NEW KID COPTER
Descriptions
Step 1: Open the coin door and find the main board, DIP SW1 is on the main board







Step 2: Set the game according to the below setting chart:

Adjust the coin mech







Descriptions:
A. remove the plastic coin from the coin sample chute and put a proper coin in it.
B. remove the screws on the back of coin entrance. Adjust the fix chip of back of coin
entrance according to the diameter of coin you will use so that it will prevent the large
coin blocking the coin mech.
C. set the COIN SW to NO.
D. set the pulse of COIN signal to 50MS.
E. following the drawing to adjust the resistance for sensitivity of coin acceptance, turn
colckwise for increasing and counterclockwise for decreasing.

Adjust the volume
Step 1: Open the coin door and find the volume VR.








2. Turn the volume potentiometer to adjust the volume. Clockwisely turn the
potentiometer to increase the volume; counterclockwisely will decrease the
volume.

Troubleshooting:






















# PROBLEM CAUSES SOLUTIONS
No 12V voltage input in coin mech.
Check the voltage input,output and connection of power
board.
Coin blocked in coin slot.
Take out the blocked coin and decrease the distance of
coin slot.
No sample coin. Install the sample coin in coin mech.
Sensitivity for coin passing through
the coin mech is too high.
Twist the resistor to right to adjust the sensitivity.
Wire of START button is loose. Check the connection of START button.
START button is bad. Replace the button.
The copter does not reposition. Check the limit switch and connection of limit switch.
Wire of limit switch is loose. Check the connection of limit switch.
The limit switch is bad. Replace the limit switch.
The copter runs too slowly. Ajust the oil circuit.
Oil pressure is too low. Increase the oil pressure.
Control circuit problem for copter
running.
Check the control circuit.
START button has problem. Check the START button and its connection.
Limit switch has problem
Oil pressure control has problem. Check the motor and connection of oil control circuit.
Wire of speaker is loose. Check the connection of speaker.
Speaker is bad. Replace the speaker.
Sound part on main board has
problem.
Repair or replace the main board.
Sound button is bad. Replace the button.
No voltage input for lights. Check the voltage input and connection of lights.
Light is bad. Replace the light.
No AC 110V/220V voltage input. Check voltage input and connection.
No voltage output in power supply Repair or replace the power supply.
Main board is bad. Repair or replace the main board.
