ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE POST OF WATERSHED MANAGEMENT TEAM (WMT)
MEMBER ( LIVELIHOOD) IN SUNDARGARH DISTRICT

WALK-IN-INTERVIEW

Interested candidates are invited to attend Walk-in-Interview to be held in the office of Project
Director, Watersheds, Sundargarh on 27.6.14 at 10 AM for the post of Watershed Management
Team Member (Livelihood, M.E, Social & Engineering) under Integrated Watershed Management
Programme (IWMP). Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria may appear the certificate verification
process and interview with their original certificates alongwith one set of attested Xerox copy of all
certificates, updated CV (in the prescribed proforma) and two recent passport size photographs as per
the date and time mentioned. Interested candidates should report to the undersigned by 8.00 AM for
registration. The registration of the candidates will be closed at 9 AM.

Skill and Attributes:
1. Candidates with working knowledge on computer MS Excel, MS Word & MS Power Point will
be given added advantage.
2. Knowledge in Odia is essential.
3. The Candidates must be willing to stay and travel extensively in remote villages in the project
areas.
Preferences: Preference will be given to women candidate considering the suitability of the
candidate.
Terms and Conditions:
1. He/ She will be paid a monthly remuneration of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) only per
month during the period of his/ her engagement.
2. A fixed amount of Rs.1,000/-(Rupees one thousand) only per month will be paid towards
meeting the travelling and other subsistence expenses.
3. This engagement does not confer any right to a regular appointment at any time in the WMT or
any other State Govt. organisation, the engagement is purely temporary & contractual in
nature and shall not invite any legal recourse now or in the future.
4. Candidates having without essential qualification and related experience will be rejected.
5. WMT members engaged in one district will not be eligible to attend for the same post till
completion of minimum one year service.
6. The candidate who has rendered one cycle of contract (one year) has to produce a No
Objection Certificate from the PIA duly countersigned by Project Director, Watersheds to
attend interview for similar posts, if he/she continues to be on contract beyond one cycle of
contract.
7. The selected candidates shall abide by the rules and regulations stipulated by the District
Watershed Mission, Sundargarh and Odisha Watershed Development Mission (OWDM),
Bhubaneswar from time to time.
8. No T.A will be given for attending the interview.
9. The Vacancy position may change as per field requirement.
10. The undersigned reserves the right to reject or accept any or all candidature without assigning
any reason thereof.
