1. Straw mushroom cultivation waste bed from Vietnamese agriculture was analyzed for its bioethanol production ability.
2. Samples were collected from mushroom beds under longan trees and by the river, as well as untreated rice straw used as a cover.
3. Fiber analysis found that the mushroom beds still contained 30-40% cellulose/starch, while lignin levels did not decrease.
