WISE Advanced es una innovadora tecnologa basada en el uso de un
circuito integrado DSP (Digital Signal Processor), responsable por la
operacin, supervisin y control efectivo de la mquina e de un sistema
de Potencia totalmente diferenciado.
Topologa del Circuito de Potencia Trifsico.
Es una topologa totalmente innovadora, sin precedentes en mquinas
de soldar. Normalmente los circuitos de potencia en mquinas de
soldar son basados en un puente rectificador trifsico con diodos
(electromecnicas) o en tiristores (electrnicas). En cualesquier de los
casos, hay siempre dos semiconductores en serie con la carga. En los
circuitos WISE Advanced existe un nico semiconductor (tiristor) en
serie con la carga. Este factor solo ya representa mitad de la potencia
disipada en el puente.
En la WISE Advanced cada tiristor conduce solamente mitad de la
corriente de pico de carga. Eso implica en un Vf (queda de voltaje en
conduccin directa del tiristor) menor, ocasionando una potencia
disipada todava ms baja.
Por trabajar con mitad de la corriente, el stress sobre los tiristores es
mucho ms bajo, repercutiendo en el aumento de la vida til del
componente. Esta ventaja es reflejada tambin en las bobinas del
secundario del transformador, haciendo con que la corriente RMS sea
alrededor de 38% ms pequea.
La topologa nuestra resulta en ms bajos harmnicos de corriente
inyectados en la red, ofreciendo un ms alto Factor de Potencia, algo
deseable pues las compaas de energa generalmente cobran tarifas
ms bajas cuando este nmero es ms alto.
Resumiendo: mayor economa y durabilidad con ndice mnimo de
defectos.
Tarjeta digital: ms barata, ms simples, ms robusta.
Nuestra tecnologa reemplaza en la tarjeta electrnica componentes
analgicos por un sistema digital va software, donde este software
realiza todas las funciones de la maquina.
La tarjeta posee adems del procesador, varias entradas para
convertidor A/D, memoria de programa, memoria de datos, salidas
PWM, todo en un nico chipset, con instrucciones directas en
funciones matemticas complejas muy tiles en clculos para controlar
la maquina, lo que no existe en otros procesadores.
Esto se traduce en una tarjeta nica y extremamente compacta,
fabricada con tecnologa automatizada SMD, con microprocesador
central donde va cargado el software, contiene up-grade gratuito para
el cliente. Esta tarjeta, terminado el periodo de garanta de 2 aos, tiene
costo de reposicin como el substancialmente ms bajo del mercado.
La confiabilidad de la tarjeta es incomparable, por su uso reducido de
componentes, ya que todo es operado va software, con reposicin
simple y rpida.
La tarjeta va en un receptculo propio, una caja cerrada y en separado,
aislado de los contaminantes como polvos, vapores, etc, garantizando
total vida til y robustez extremada.
Malla cerrada: control total de las funciones.
La tecnologa es basada en el concepto de malla cerrada, donde el
procesador est todo el tiempo monitoreando todos los parmetros de
entrada y salida, procesando y corrigiendo en forma activa.
El procesador y su software controlan las principales funciones, como
generacin de pulso de disparo, medicin de seales de corriente y
voltaje y control de malla cerrada PID (Proportional, Integral and
Differential).
Abertura del Arco ms amigable.
El buceo del voltaje desde el voltaje en vaco hasta el voltaje de
soldadura es controlado por el microprocesador, de tal forma que este
proporciona un buceo de voltaje ms suave, manteniendo el arco
durante el proceso de abertura del mismo. Esto no ocurre en las
mquinas de la competencia, donde el buceo es ms sbito (abrupto).
Nuestra tecnologa provee una abertura de arco extremamente
estable y sin pegar el electrodo en la pieza.
Amperios y Voltios perfectos.
La corriente (A) en las mquinas de electrodo (SMAW) y TIG (GTAW) y
el voltaje (V) en las mquinas de alambre (GMAW/ FCAW), como
variables controladas, son fijas e independientes de variaciones de
red o de temperatura, lo que no ocurre en mquinas de soldar de la
competencia. Eso significa que se el operador ajustar 200A en la
pantalla girando el encoder, la soldadura seguir en 200A siempre,
mismo que la mquina caliente o la red vare.
Adems, durante el proceso de soldar un nico electrodo la
resistencia elctrica del mismo disminuye a la medida en que este
electrodo va quedando ms corto por su consumo. En las mquinas
convencionales, esto repercute en un aumento de la corriente durante
el soldar de este electrodo. En nuestra WISE Advanced esto no ocurre,
ya que la corriente es siempre constante, desde el inicio del arco hasta
que se consuma el electrodo completamente.
Esto es precisin superior no encontrado en ninguna otra mquina de
soldar.
Regulacin contra variaciones de red.
Nuestra revolucionaria tecnologa posee regulacin contra cadas y
subidas de voltaje de red, alrededor de 15%, arriba o abajo. La
soldadura y su cordn se mantienen perfectos, independiente de la
variacin de red. Adems, las mquinas de mayor capacidad cuentan
con capacitores de polipropileno a la entrada, reforzando esta
proteccin y actuando como un filtro de los ruidos de la red, adems
de reducir an ms los harmnicos y alzar el Factor de Potencia.
Faja nica para todos los Amperajes.
Nuestra arquitectura permite que la mquina tenga una faja de
regulacin nica y ms amplia en relacin a las mquinas
electromecnicas, sin necesidad de cambio entre faja alta y baja.
Adems de eso, los amperajes mnimos son bajos suficientemente
para permitir que las mquinas para electrodo sean usadas tambin
para TIG en planchas con espesor mnimo.
Soldadura perfecta y ahorro de energa.
Toda esta tecnologa resulta en una soldadura ms suave, blanda y de
fcil abertura de arco, con extremo ahorro de energa, llegando hasta a
30%, con mquinas ms compactas, livianas y confortables. La
calidad de la soldadura final es comparable con las de las mquinas
inversoras.
IHM Interface Hombre Maquina.
El sistema IHM es parte fundamental de la tecnologa WISE Advanced.
El ajuste de la mquina se hace por medio de un encoder, con un knob
giratorio sin fin. Los amperios de salida resultan reales y son
presentados en una pantalla electrnica, independiente de la mquina
estar en soldadura o en vaco, con precisin total y medicin por medio
de Shunt. La memoria guarda la corriente utilizada, mismo cuando la
mquina es desenchufada.
WISE Advanced: robustez, confiabilidad, alta potencia, fuerza,
simplicidad, bajo costo de adquisicin y mantenimiento, con alto
ndice de componentes padrn, requisitos superiores no encontrados
en las inversoras. Estabilidad, calidad, facilidad de abertura de arco,
precisin, economa de energa, tamao y peso reducidos y alta
tecnologa en niveles no existentes en las electromecnicas.

Welding Intelligence by Superior Electronics
WISE Advanced is an innovative technology based in the application of
a kind of an integrated circuit DSP (Digital Signal Processor), in charge
of the operation, supervising and effective control of the machine and a
totally unique welding power system .
Three-phase power circuit topology.
This is a totally inventive topology, without instance in welding machine
projects. Usually, the power circuits in welding machines are based in a
three-phase rectifier bridge with diodes (electromechanical machines)
or in thyristors (electronic). In these double cases, there are always two
semiconductors in serial with the load. In Bambozzi WISE Advanced
circuits, there is only one semiconductor (thyristor) in serial with the
load. Just this feature alone, indicates half part of the power dissipated
at the bridge.
In the WISE Advanced each thyristor conducts only half part of the top
load current.
This produces a lower Vf (voltage drop in direct conduction on thyristor),
getting a even less power dissipation.
Working with half current, the stress over the thyristor is much lower,
generating a longer life for semiconductor component. This advantage
is also reflected in the coils of the secondary of the transformer,
reducing the RMS current in average 38%.
Our new topology results in lower harmonics of current injected in the
energy supply system, offering higher Power Factor, something desired
because the energy companies collect lower bills while this factor is
higher.
In summary: more economy and durability with minimum index of
defects.
Digital Chipset: cheaper, easier, extreme heavy-duty.
Our technology replaces in the electronic chipset analogical
components by a digital system through software, where this software
formulates all the functions of the machine.
The chipset has, besides the microprocessor, several inputs for A/D
converters, program memory, date memory, outputs PWD, everything in
just one chipset, with direct instructions in complex mathematic
functions useful for the calculations for the machine control, something
not found in other processors.
This results in a unique chipset, extremely compact, produced under
automated SMD technology, with a central microprocessor loaded with
the software, including free upgrade for the customer. This chipset has
at the final of 2 years warranty, an exceptionally lower replacement cost
than found in the market.
The reliability of the chipset is incomparable, since your reduced use of
components, because everything is operated by software, with simple
and fast reposition.
The chipset is placed under a special shelter, a closed and isolated box,
faraway from contaminants like dust, vapors, gas, etc, assuring great
long-life and extreme roughness.
Closed-Loop: full control of the functions.
The technology is based on the concept of closed-loop, where the
processor is all the time monitoring the complete parameters of input
and output, processing and correcting in active way.
The processor and the software controls the main functions, as pulse
generation drive, current and voltage signal measurement and closed-
loop control (PID-Proportional, Integral and Differential).
Friendly open arc.
The drop of the voltage since the no-load voltage to the welding voltage
is controlled by the microprocessor, creating a smoother voltage drop,
keeping the arc during the open arc process. This does not happen in
the competition machines, where the voltage drop is more sudden
(abrupt). Our technology provides an extremely stable open arc not
attaching the electrode to the piece.
Perfect Volts and Amperes.
The Current (A) in the stick (SMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welders and the
Voltage (V) in the wire (GMAW/ FCAW) welders, as controlled variables,
are fixed and independent of variations in the energy supply system or
in temperature, which does not happens in the welding machines of
competitors. It means if the operator adjusts 200A in the display
spinning the encoder, the welding will follow always in 200A, even the
machine gets more heat or the supply of energy changes.
Further, during the process to welding with one electrode, the electrical
resistance gets lower when the electrode gets smaller as a result of its
own consumption. In the conventional machines it results in increase of
the current during the welding process with this electrode. In our WISE
Advanced this does not happens, because the current is always
constant since the beginning of the open arc welding until the end of
the electrode. This is a super precision not found in another welding
machine.
Perfect regulation, even with energy supply variations.
Our revolutionary technology has an adjustment with protection
against drops and increases in the energy supply, about 15% over and
under. The welding and the filament remain perfect, no matter the
energy supply variations. Further, the machines of more capacity has
capacitors of polypropylene in the input, reinforcing this protection and
working as a filter of the electric noises of the energy system, also
reducing more the Harmonics and increasing the Power Factor.
Only one range for all currents.
Our project is based in a unique and wider current range, a critical
advantage regarding electromechanical machines, without need to
change between high and low ranges. And more, the minimum
Amperes are low enough to allow the stick welding machines to works
also in TIG (GTAW) process, with plates with a minimum thickness.
Perfect welding with energy saving.
All of this technology results in a smoother pleasant welding and with
really easy open arc, prodution extreme energy saving reaching almost
30%, with more compact, comfortable and light machines. The final
result of the welding is comparable with the inverter machines.
IHM-Man Machine Interface.
IHM system is an essential component of the WISE Advanced.
In our machines the adjustment is through an encoder potentiometer,
with an endless spinning knob. The Amperes or Volts of output are real
and are presented by an electronic display, no matter if the machine is
welding or in no-load, with total precision and measurement by Shunt.
The memory saves the work current, even when the machine is off.
WISE Advanced: endurance, reliability, high power, strength, simplicity,
low cost of purchase and maintenance, with high index of standard
components, superior features not found in inverters. Stability, quality,
easy open arc, precision, energy save, reduced size and weight with

Bambozzi proyecta y fabrica una gama completa de maquinas para soldadura con electrodos
revestidos, monofsicas y trifsicas, con salida AC, DC o AC/DC, abarcando una franja completa
de electrodos y metales. Son utilizadas sobretodo en aleaciones de hierro en estructuras de
acero, astilleros, industria en general, reparaciones y mantenimiento.
Su principal ventaja es la versatilidad y portabilidad, permitiendo trabajar en soldadura de
varios tipos de metales, en locales y posiciones distintas. Las fuentes de mayor capacidad para
uso con electrodo revestido tambin son indicadas para corte.
Bambozzi ha desarrollado la exclusiva tecnologia WISE Advanced (ver pag. 6), un concepto
totalmente nuevo en maquinas de soldar. Extremamente econmicas en energa, con hasta
30% de ahorro, con tamao y peso reducidos presentan robustez, potencia y durabilidad
incomparables, donde algunas de estas maquinas an permiten uso en TIG.
Bambozzi dispone tambin de fuentes electrnicas inversoras de soldadura, utilizadas donde
hay difcil acceso y se necesita maquinas extremanete reducidas en peso y tamao.
Bambozzi projects and manufactures a complete range of welding machines for stick welding,
single and three-phase, with output AC, DC and AC/DC, embracing a complete series of
electrodes and metals. They are used mainly in alloys of iron in steel structures, shipyards,
general industry, repair and maintenance. The main advantage is the portability and versatility,
using for welding different kinds of metals, positions and places. The more capacity power
sources doing the cutting job also.
Bambozzi develops the exclusive WISE Advanced Tecnology (see pag. 6), a totally new concept
in welding machines. Extremely efficient in energy consumption, with until 30% in saving,
reduced weight and size, they show incomparable strength, power and durability. Some
machines can also work in the TIG process. Bambozzi also manufactures inverters, used in places
with difficulty to access, regarding the extreme reduced size and weight.

Las fuentes Bambozzi para soldadura MIG/ MAG tienen salida DC con Voltaje Constante y
pueden trabajar, de acuerdo al modelo especifico en los mtodos globular, corto-circuito y
spray-arc y son utilizadas sobretodo donde se necesita alta productividad.
Las fuentes Bambozzi de mayor capacidad tambin pueden trabajar el proceso conocido como
alambre tubular.
Bambozzi fabrica tambin una gama completa de cabezales alimentadores de alambre,
especialmente desarrollados para las ms diversas aplicaciones. La lnea AV de cabezales
electrnicos es totalmente operada a la distancia con control constante de la velocidad del
alambre, independiente de la variacin de red.
Algunas de las fuentes MIG-MAG Bambozzi pueden trabajar tambin en Arco Sumergido (SAW)
y corte al aire con electrodo de carbn (CAC-A).
The Bambozzi power sources for wire welding (MIG/ MAG/ Flux cored) have output in DC with
Constant Voltage and work with methods like globular, short-arc and spray-arc, according to
the specific model and are used mainly where high productivity is the need.
Bambozzi also manufactures a complete line of wire feeders, specially developed for the most
severe conditions and different applications. The AV line of electronic WISE Advanced wire
feeders is totally operated remotely with constant control of the wire speed, independent of
the energy supply variation.
Some of the MIG-MAG Bambozzi welding power sources can also work in Submerged Arc
Welding (SAW) and air carbon cutting and gauging (CAC-A).

cobre, garantizando un trabajo con optima terminacin y calidad extremada.
Adems, prcticamente todos los metales tambin pueden ser soldados, como aceros, hierro
fundido, nquel, titanio, latn, bronce y dems aleaciones.
El sistema de post gas controla el aflujo de gas despus del trmino de la soldadura,
garantizando el enfriamiento del material en una zona protegida por oxidaciones.
Alta Frequencia (HF): produce una salida ms fcil, sin desgaste de la punta del electrodo de
tungsteno, facilitando la partida en todas las posiciones de soldadura.
Bambozzi develops and produces a complete line of constant current welding machines for TIG
(GTAW) process. They are electronic WISE Advanced based on thyristors, electromechanical and
inverters, used in the welding of stainless steel, aluminum, magnesium and alloys of cupper,
assuring a good well finishing job and extreme quality.
Further, almost all metals can be welded, like different steel, cast iron, nickel, titanium, brass,
bronze and more alloys.
The post gas system controls the gas flow after the welding finish, assuring the cooling of the
material at the area protected from oxidation.

The Bambozzi power sources for submerged arc welding (SAW) are used in automated process

Fabricada en dos diferentes tamaos, con medidas 1,00 m x1,50 m y 2,44 m x 6,00 m, o bajo la necesidad del cliente, la mesa de
corte digital Total-Corte es la solucin para corte de pequeos, medianos o grandes lotes de piezas. Viabiliza automatizacin y
flexibilidad por el proceso Plasma, siendo todava posible su utilizacin para corte por oxigeno y marcador neumtico para
marcacin de planchas.
La Total-Corte es muy verstil, aun en altas velocidades, con alta repeticin de movimientos precisos y de alta calidad.
De extremada robustez, es construida en forma de prtico delta, con carros desplazados en los ejes (X e Y) montados sobre guas
lineares y rodamientos de apoyo, sin desalineacin o huelgas. La mesa de transferencia (eje Z) hace el avance y el retroceso de la
antorcha. De ejes rectificados, tienen el mismo desempeo de los ejes X e Y. Todos los ejes (X, Y y Z) son trasladados con
reduccin por poleas y correa dentada con accionamiento directo por tornillos de esfera y castaas. Puede ser utilizada para
cortar acero carbono, acero inoxidable o aluminio y el control de altura de la antorcha es electrnico. El comando es CNC base PC,

Bambozzi Taller Rural con MDC 305ED La Oficina Rural Bambozzi (Taller Rural) tiene la concepcin de un equipo agrcola y
puede ser acoplado a los ms diversos tipos de tractores. Su construccin en material de alta calidad y estructura compacta
facilita el trabajo en el campo, en mantenimiento de arados, rastras y otros equipos agrcolas que necesiten trabajar sin parada. El
sistema hidrulico puede levantarla para que sea llevada para cualquier rea de trabajo y un eje cardan resistente hace el acople
en la toma de fuerza del tractor. La fuerza es transmitida al alternador por medio de una chumacera y correas en V. Los equipos
elctricos y mecnicos son montados sobre un recubro de acero de 1/8 (3,25mm) de espesor, siendo que los refuerzos internos
alzan considerablemente la resistencia de la mesa. El peso de tos componentes es bien distribuido de manera que pueda ser
fcilmente transportada para sitios de difcil acceso.
Bambozzi Rural Workshop with MDC 305ED The Bambozzi Rural Workshop is a mounted farm equipment to be coupled to
different kind of tractors. Its construction in high quality raw material and compact structure makes the jobs in the field easy, in
maintenance of plows, tillers, harrows and other different farm equipment which needs non-stop maintenance.
The Bambozzi Rural Workshop can be lifted by the hydraulic system of the tractor to be displaced everywhere and a strong drive
shaft makes the connection with the power take off of the tractor.
The power is transmitted to the generator by a bearing and V belts. The electrical and mechanical appliances are mounted over
a steel cover table with 1/8 (3,25mm) of thickness, with internal reinforcement.
