Objectives
Since customer satisfaction is very important for repeat business and new
projects, construction service delivery is very important in the
construction industry. Employees affect construction service delivery the
most as they are the internal cogs of the process. This survey aims to find
out what contractors feel regarding employees role in construction service
delivery. It aims to find out the importance of employee’s role in
construction service delivery.

Yes, Whenever a problem arose on site we would gather all parties involved and we would discuss
possible solutions that would solve the problem and also help with keeping similar problems from
occurring in the future.______________________________________________________

I believe that training and all other forms of the transfer of knowledge
from more experienced employees to the less experienced is very
important in the progression of a company.

Communication is one of my main points of interest when discussing how
the company can get better as a whole. Clear lines of communication
can solve problems before they arise.

Prompt planning. Always plan ahead and do your best to stick to it.
Plans may change but not having a plan becomes much more of an
inconvenience than changing an existing one.

Understanding your role. Throughout projects certain tasks may get
overlooked because many people do not understand their role in the
project and can be hesitant to do something that they may see as not
their responsibility. Sometimes they may be cautious to do a task
because they might feel they are overstepping their boundaries by
making a certain decision or completing that certain task.
