INTERNSHIP PROGRAM-POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION:
The Group offer Internship Program to students of Engineering, Management and Post
Graduate student of reputed University with a view to tap the Young Talent for future
requirements. The program an ta!e plae any time during the year. Interns may "e
as!ed to partiipate in a variety of ativities "ased on the areas of their interest or
e#pertise and their wor! is seen as great value for RSB-GROUP
2. OBJECTIVE:
Provide opportunities to understand the mission $ %ision of the Group.
&pportunities to gain idea a"out our &rganisation 'ulture.

3. ELIGIBILITY:
(E+(,Teh+M,Teh+M(-+Post Graduate in Management+.iploma Engineer.
Must possess "asi omputer s!ills i.e. Effiient in Mirosoft &ffie or equivalent.
4. DURATION OF THE PROGRAM:
The Internships Program will "e of duration of minimum one month and for a
ma#imum period of three months. The length of the internship will depend on the
pro)et and advise of mentor.
5. PROCESS:
/0 .epartment will manage the Internship Program, !eep all the reords and
issue a ertifiate onfirming the intern1s ontri"ution to the Group.
Interns will "e assigned to a mentor, who will provide a learly outlined program
or pro)et and at the end of the assignment will omplete an evaluation.
Interns will "e required to o"serve the timings and disiplines applia"le to the
Group Employees.
Interns must sign an agreement with the Group agreeing to the terms and
onditions of wor!ing with the organi2ation, inluding the onditions of servie
and details of any remuneration and onfidentiality.
6. COMPENSATION:
The Internship 3ee of Intern will depend on the approval of Group /0 /ead.
The intern may "e sponsored "y an organi2ation aepta"le to the Group.
