FLOOR DRAIN OF STAINLESS STEEL FOR
EMBEDMENT IN CONCRETE FLOORS:
- Quality acid-resistant SS 2348 (AISI 316L).
- Fixed top part for various flooring materials and loads.
- Supplied with stainless steel, electro-polished lattice gratings
or with a special hygienic ribbed grating that is entirely free of
bacteria-collecting openings.
- Floor channel has outlet part with removable water trap.
- Untrapped version is available.
- The untrapped can later be complemented with a water trap.
HYGIENE TYPE 1 ENTAILS THAT:
1 The drain and channel have rounded bottoms and sides that
are easily accessible without bacteria-collecting openings.
2. The water trap and its seals are easy to remove for inspection
and cleaning.
3. No water remains in the drain when the water trap is removed.
4. All surfaces are pickled.
5. The floor drains for clinker floors are designed without
drainage openings or holes at the sealing layer flanges
because these cannot be produced for hygienic applications.
LOAD CLASSES*:
- L15 for areas with light vehicular traffic, but without trucks.
- M125 for areas with lorry and fork-lift truck traffic.
Tested in accordance with SS-EN 1253 with 10 kN for L15 and
85 kN for M125.
ACCESSORIES:
- Strainer basket 1.3 L, capacity 3.2 L/s. Art. no. 220SK11
- Strainer basket 2.7 L, capacity 3.5 L/s Art. no. 220SK21
(fits only in untrapped).
- Sand trap 0.7 L, capacity 1.5 L/s. Art. no. 220SF11
