BBBAA Program Terms and Conditions (please read carefully)

Agreement: By submitting a Registration Form, attending programs or paying registration fees, the client and/or parent/guardian
is implicitly agreeing to the following Program Terms and Conditions:
Registration and Payment: Registration for BBBAA programs will tae place at !arious times during the year" #ach program
will ad!ise of its registration times" $paces are limited" Returning participants may be gi!en priority for registration, followed
by a %first&come, first ser!ed' basis for all other registrants" To register for programs, a Registration Form must be submitted
either in&person or by mail, email or fa( to BBBAA, together with payment at time of registration" BBBAA is authori)ed to
process payment by credit card or post&dated che*ues, as selected on the Registration Form" Credit Card payments are generally
processed on the +

of each month and post&dated checs/cash on the +

of each month and are non&refundable when
processed" Please inform us if your credit card e(piration date or number changes" -onthly statements and in!oices are not
pro!ided" Receipts will be emailed at time of processing or one day later" A ./, administration fee will be charged for 0$F
che*ues" 1ate payment may result in termination of enrollment"
Commitment and Calendar: Regular attendance and punctuality is e(pected for each program" $ome programs are offered by
term/session usually during the fall, winter, spring and summer periods or by month" Program offerings generally follow the
school year calendar" 2early programs begin each year in $eptember and finish the following 3une, with a two wee Christmas
brea and a one wee #aster brea" $pecialty camps may be offered during the holiday breas and during the summer" $pecial
e!ents may be offered on holiday -ondays"
Withdrawal!iscontinuation: To officially withdraw from a program, the participant or parent/guardian must submit a written
re*uest in person or by email" 4erbal notification and/or non&attendance will not constitute discontinuation" 5nless specifically
ad!ised otherwise, refunds will be processed as follows: 6+7 8f a re*uest is submitted prior to the program start date, a refund of
the program fees paid will be issued, less a ./, administration fee" 697 8f discontinuation is re*uested while attending a program,
a re*uest must be submitted at least two wees prior to the end of the month or the ne(t scheduled payment 6the 0otice Period7"
-onthly/Bi&weely payments are processed in ad!ance and are non&refundable when processed" Pro!ide the 0otice Period is
gi!en: a refund will be issued for any remaining prepaid programming" For programs re*uiring a yearly commitment, no refunds
will be issued for discontinuation recei!ed after -arch /+" 6/7 8f discontinuation occurs due to an in;ury or medical condition, a
re*uest must be submitted along with a physician note and a refund will be issued for any prepaid programming that is missed"
BBBAA reser!es the right to cancel a program at any time due to insufficient enrolment" Please allow /< days for processing of
refunds by mail"
Programming cancellations and "a#e$ups: 6+7 For BBBAA&related cancellations, the client will be notified by email" 8f the
school closes early, had a pd day or cancelled for any reasone, the Afterschool Program will not go ahead" 8f payments ha!e been
made for the closed day they will be credited to your account" 697 For =eather&related cancellations: notifications will be made
!ia www"bbbaa"net and/or local radio station and //>&9/<< line"
Care and Conduct: BBBAA promotes an atmosphere of safety and mutual respect and will not tolerate inappropriate conduct
or beha!ior" 4iolation of these principles will result in termination of enrollment and refund as per abo!e" BBBAA is not
responsible for pro!iding before or after program care for participants" 8f you temporarily re*uire alternate arrangement, please
notify the Regional ?irector/program coordinator in ad!ance" 8f an in;ury or loss of personal property occurs while on BBBAA
programs, it is understood and agreed that BBBAA is released from all legal and financial responsibilities resulting from any
in;ury, illness or loss of property" All rele!ant illnesses, medical conditions, disabilities or beha!ioral concerns ha!e been
disclosed to BBBAA on the Registration Form" $tudent will not be able to participate in a @program if their -CP number is not
on file" 0o student is permitted to participate in a program should they ha!e an in;ury, but are encouraged to obser!e"
Participants, parents and guardians agree that BBBAA may act reasonably and with care on their behalf in an emergency medical
situation where first aid and medical attention is re*uired"
Confidentiality: BBBAA regards all participant information as confidential and will not disclose the information to outside
parties unless authori)ed in writing by the participant or parent/guardian" 8n the normal course of business and for the purpose of
ad!ertising, BBBAA may photograph or !ideo participants as they participate in programs" $uch photographs or !ideo may be
used by BBBAA for publicity purposes with out the participants name attached, unless otherwise notified in writing by the
participant or: parent/guardian"
