1. Login
1.1 Feature descriptions.
➢ Log into the ZeniWeb.
1.2 Layout screen.

1.3 Main item.

➢ ID / Password: Input the ID & Password assigned to each user.
(Default: root/root)
 1.4 How to use.

➢ Run to the Internet explore.

➢ Enter the address to the address box.(In case “local”:

http://localhost)
➢ Then press the “Login” button.
➢ If success connection, appear the screen of ZeniWeb.

※ This “ZeniWeb” will always have to be connected to the

network.

2. SEARCH.
2.1 Feature descriptions.
➢ Searching recorded data within ZeniWeb.
2.2 Layout screen.
2.3 Main item.
➢ Date: Set the duration for would search.
➢ Time: Set the "time-zone" per got to the talk time.
➢ Search:
– Extension: Search extension number within ZeniWeb.
– Counselor: Search agent(counselor) within ZeniWeb.
– DTMF: Search by outgoing call in number from within
ZeniWeb.( In case do not provide outgoing number in Telephone
exchanger, then self record press the phone number to recorder.)
 – CallerID: Search by Incoming call in number from within
ZeniWeb.
– Called ID: Search by outgoing call in number from within
ZeniWeb.
– SQL: Searching by SQL.
➢ DURATION: Searching classification by interval of talk time.
2.4 How to use.
➢ Selects the duration when will search within item of day. (Ex :
2006Y 10M 1D~2006Y 10M 31D)
➢ Select time zone of got talk.(Ex : 09:00~18:00)
➢ Enter condition for the search at "search condition" (Ex:
Agent(Counselor) -> Name)
※ If select to the "NONE" then all output contents conform to duration of
search.
➢ Output only conform contents in select to the interval of talk time.
(00:00:30~00:05:00)
➢ Using tree menu of left side then can be search to Extension &
Agent (counselor) easily.
➢ You can select to specific part using by ["Ctrl" &, "Shift"].
➢ You can record pressing right button of mouse on selected contents
within List.
3. Monitor
3.1 Feature descriptions.
➢ Real time check and monitoring to extension or Agent
(counselor).

➢ Extension: Display extension information.
 ➢ Agent: Display Agent (counselor) information.
3.4 How to use.
➢ You can monitoring this select to Extension or Agent and double
click.

4. BACKUP
4.1 Feature description
➢ It is can back up to DVD RAM each Extension, each duration,
each Time.
➢ Display information status of ZeniWeb.
4.2 Layout screen.
4.3 Main item
➢ 서버: Backup establishment by each server in this case operation
to many server.
➢ 스케줄: Management backup schedule.
➢ 스케줄 상세: Input action information of backup schedule.
– 스케줄 이름: Schedule name.
– 백업 경로: appointment Backup route.
– 메일 수령인: A person to receive warning or alarm message.
 – 알람: When was recorded more than percent that DVD RAM is establi
shed, send alarm message.
– 경고: When was recorded more than percent that DVD RAM is establi
shed, send warning message.
– 내선: Select Extension to execute Backup.
– 백업시작: Input first start time of period that wish to back up.
– 백업종료: Input end time of period that wish to back up.
– 백업시간: Set recorded time zone of file that want backup among recorded f
ile.
– 백업요일: 백업이 수행되는 요일선택
– 동작시간: Set the time zone, be run to backup.
4.4 How to use
➢ Find server to back up pressing [서버찾기] button.
➢ Press button “추가” after select ‘스케쥴이름’/ ‘시작시간’/ ‘종료시간
’/ ‘동작’ etc

5. SETUP
5.1 Feature description.
➢ Set the channel, user information, recording way etc.
5.2 Layout screen.

5.3 Main item

➢ Extension.
– EXT: Extension's number to be display on screen.
– ServerName: Using server's name.
– ChNum: Using channel’s number.
– State: Whether or not use of Extension (Active: Use/Inactive:
Not Use)
– Agent IP: Input computer IP of agent assigned by each
Extension. (This is a protection approach to server by other
person use computer on network)
 – VoIP: VOIP Recording (Will be Support from next type)
– Detection Type: Loop Start / Voltage / Hook / VOX.
– Gain :
– ACTDThreshLow: Default Voltage (Using to
Voltage/Hook/VOX)
– ACTDThreshHigh: Start recording Voltage. (Using to
Voltage/Hook/VOX)
– ACTDMinActivity: Minimum recording ready time. (Using to
VOX)
– ACTDMaxActivity: Maximum recording ready time. (Using to
VOX)
– ACTDMinSilence: Minimum recording hold time. (Using to
VOX)
– ACTDMaxSilence: Maximum recording hold time. (Using to
VOX)
– Codec : Microsoft GSM(default) / MPMLQ(G723.1)
– Remark: Explanation input about Extension.
➢ Extension addition: Lower part view is appears when click to addition button.

– Ext Count: Number of Extension to add (Addition of Extension is added

automatically as number that account.)
 – Start Channel: This is a channel's number that is to be use extension.
– Start Ext: It is the first Extension or number that is added automatically by
EXT Count.

※ Tip: Channel and Ext increase automatically as number accounted to

[Ext Count].
➢ Agent

– Agent Number: Agent’s number establishment.

– Agent Type: User grade establishment. (Agent / Manager / Supervisor)
– ID: Agent is ID establishment to use.
– Agent Password: Agent is Password establishment to use.
– Agent Name: Agent name establishment.
– Ext: Extension establishment.
– Identify number: Unique number establishment by operator.
– State: Establishment whether or not agent's access permission.
(Active: permission/ Inactive: Prohibition)
➢ Agent addition.
 – Add Count: Input user quantity to be addition.
➢ Server addition ( when first sating)

➢ Add to server's channel, and change directory to be saves.

 – Add Count: Account for channel’s number to be addition.
– Server Name: Applied to server's name.
– Board Type : SmartTap(default), Comvurgent, VOIP, SoundCard.
– Channel Number: Channel’s number to be addition.
– Rec Type: MS-GSM(default) / MPMLQ(G723.1)
– Detection Type: LoopStart / Voltage / Hook / VOX
※ Must agreement with established Extension.
– State: Establishment whether or not use of channel. (Active:
Use/ Not Use)※ Must agreement with established Extension.
– Min Duration: Minimum recording time. (Does not record file
of brevity than here set time.)
– Data Path Count: This is number that is to be use save folder.
– Data Path 1~3: Appointment to storage location per recording file.
– File Type 1~3 : Type of storage file.(Wav, G.723)
– Max Duration : Maximum recording time
