Engine and Transmission Sensors

Broadband Resonant Knock Sensor


Self-generating, high output piezoelectric sensor; responds to knock frequencies up to
1000 Hz from the design frequency value.

Digital Speed and Position Sensors


Our sensors translate the mechanical rotating motion of a target into an electrical square
wave output signal by using non-contact, Hall effect elements.

Enhanced Precision Purge Actuator


Purges the hydrocarbon vapors generated by the gasoline tank.

Flat Response Knock Sensor


Self-generating piezoelectric sensor; measures engine vibrations caused by knock with a
flat frequency response from 5 to 13 kHz.

Low Pressure Sensor


Provide a voltage output proportional to the gauge pressure in low pressure systems,
including fuel vapor, air filter quality, and occupant sensors (bladder type).

Manifold Absolute Pressure/Manifold Air Temperature (MAP/MAT) Sensor


Provide two outputs critical to air/fuel ratio optimization.

Medium Pressure Sensor


Provide voltage output proportional to gauge or absolute pressure in barometric pressure,
EGR pressure, and brake boost medium pressure applications.

Non-Contact Rotary Position Sensor


Uses non-contact, programmable linear Hall effect technology to sense rotary motion into
a linear output signal.

Oil Condition Sensor


Monitors engine oil quality.

On/Off Transmission Actuators


Simple low-cost design to control fluid control in an automatic transmission.

Oxygen Sensor - Planar (OSP+)


An on/off feedback device to measure oxygen levels in the exhaust system.

Oxygen Sensor - Standard


Measures the pressure of oxygen in the exhaust system.

Pneumatic Linear Purge Actuator


Flow control device to purge fuel vapors from the carbon canister and control the amount
of fuel vapors entering the intake manifold.

Precision Fuel Vapor Purge Actuator


Emission-reducing device that purges hydrocarbon vapors generated by the gasoline
tank and controls the flow of hydrocarbon fuel vapors introduced to the engine intake
manifold.
Pulse-Width Modulated Actuator
Magnetic actuator that controls transmission fluid pressure or flow at reduced energy
levels.

Stoichiometric Oxygen Sensor


Measures constituents in the exhaust stream, allowing a controller to determine proper
adjustment of the air/fuel flow.

Transmission Temperature Sensors Measure transmission fluid temperature both in-


line near the stator and in the sump tank.

Turbo Pressure Sensor


Provide voltage output proportional to gauge or absolute pressure in medium pressure
systems in turbo-charged and super-charged diesel engine applications.

Variable Bleed Solenoid for Transmissions


Controls transmission main-line pressure.

Variable Reluctance (VR) Sensors


Discrete sensors with or without harness for transmission, ABS, and ignition engine
speed and position applications; integral bearing sensors for ABS and traction control
applications.
