Project Description:

Field Service Agents are paid by the Bank to maintain the foreclosed properties. However, there
originally wasnt a way to confirm if the job was completed, therefore in order to verify the work of these
agents, the Field Service Portal was introduced which gives the invoice details along with the
photographs.

Responsibilities:

Engaged as the business analyst for requirements gathering, design&development of Field
Service Portal.
Analyzing the information gathered, documenting the business and functional requirements.
Preparing use cases for various functionalities.
Suggesting the processes and functionality for the portal to the clients.
Take a Challenging on Change of request in the middle of the project.
Designing a web-based solution that populates the historical invoice data & photographs.
Monitoring the pre and post deployment of these new projects/enhancements.
Involved in assisting the Business consultant/Client in the User acceptance testing.

This Health Care project is developed for theBupa Hospitals, with the collaboration ofFourSoft IT
Solution. Bupa as the leading provider for healthcare services across geographic boundaries planned to
go for a complete suite of healthcare applications to satisfy their stakeholder's need. It captures the entire
requirements of the patient from registration in the hospital till patient discharge and the requirements of
the patient are divided into different modules like Wards, Payroll, Pharmacy, Billing, Lab, Blood bank,
Radiology, OT, HRMS, Bupa health checkup, Customer Relationship, Management, Material
Management, Registration, Admission Discharge Transfer (AT), Emergency, Food and Beverages,
Enterprise scheduler, Admin. It brief tries to automate all the business processes across multi-dept as well
as multi location. The approach is to build a component based application model, which can be scalable
in both the way.
