Thanks to PDAF scandal, the DAP which is even worse was suspended in midstream.

senate by granting it illegal allocation to convict %hief ustice %orona. Although purely done
in desperate attempt to divert the public&s wrath away from the PDAF cookie monsters to
the administration itself, the e$pose led to the suspension and discontinuance of the
program.

whole thing in midstream) This is because in line with the powerful culture of palusot which
is translated roughly in !nglish as smuggled good. the DAP was considered legal until #%
says otherwise, or until a complaint or public furor erupts in the hori*on. And this e$actly
what has happened. DAP was launched regardless of the constitutional provisions
prohibiting it and was only stopped when the PDAF scandal fallout threatened to develop
into more disruptive and uncontainable public unrests.
The palusot term, by the way, gained prominence during the impeachment trial of ustice

highlighting the economic impact that DAP imprinted during its short because aborted life.
,ranting for the sake of argument that something illegal like DAP leads to the prosperity of
this country, do we rather do everything illegally or unconstitutionally to reach our short-term
and long-term goals. (s it not better to observe the laws first in everything we do) 'hy on
