!1+ therefore this a$reement witnessed and in consideration of the mutual co,enant
hereinafter set fort, the parties hereto do hereby a$ree, undertake and declare as under2

1' That the price and packin$ declare as under

4' That the .arty !o*2 will be responsible to deli,er the supply to .arty !o*1 at
his re9uired centre'
3' That the .arty !o'2 will accept claims of any sort a$ainst product 9uality from
the market'
5' That first bill will be held as a security'
:' That the .ary !o*2 is bound not to pro,ide that product ;!imko< to any other
.arty = sales man = shop keeper without prior permission of .arty !o*1
otherwise .arty !o'1 has a ri$ht to confiscate the all dues and security amount
held with .arty !o'1 ;0=s Unity Enterprises< and this a$reement will not be
,alid in that case after mutual discussion'
6' That in case of any dispute between the abo,e said parties or difference
1pinion pertainin$ to interpretation of any clause of this a$reement the same
shall be settled mutually'
7' #oth the parties are bound to $i,e one month notice if they want to
discontinue the a$reement'
