Dear Sir/Madam;
Quezon City Polytechnic University College of Engineering is requiring 3rd year Industrial Engineering students to complete a
240 hour summer practicum to a company involved in a related industry.

We are considering your company to be a vehicle that will give our students an opportunity to fully understand the real scenario
of the industrial operation. We also believe that your company will not only train our students but will also ensure their safety
while conducting their tasks and responsibilities assigned to them. We hereby ask for your support in the implementation of this
program that aims to develop future engineers of our society.

In behalf of Quezon City Polytechnic University, we are recommending Ramon Nicko A. Aquino to a 150 hour on-
the-job training on your respectable company. The official start of the program is on April 28, 2014. After
completing the OJT program, our student is expected to:

1. Get hands-on experience on a related training areas or departments.
2. Perform their tasks and duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
3. Undertake to solve a relevant problem in the company upon advice and guidance of the immediate supervisor for practicum
purposes.
4. Submit to the school a technical paper containing recommendations and solutions to the assigned problem as final output of
the practicum.
5. Ensure that the data and any information coming from the company upon approval of a company head shall be remained
confidential and shall only be used for educational purposes.
