MainCampus as one of your professors. I have been teaching as a College Instructor at University of
the Visayas-Minglanilla Campus for seven years now. As the Visayanian product and alumnus of this
university during my baccalaureate or 4-year course, the position seems to fit very well with my
education, experience, and career interests. With B.S.Ed. degree and Master's degree in English, I
have a full understanding of the full life cycle of a mentor or an effective teacher inside and outside
the classroom. Besides, I have a lot of experiences in learning and excelling at innovations and other
things as needed.
Aside from the aforementioned experiences, the position also requires fulfillment and experience in
tertiary level, and years' teaching experience in a teacher education institution. As a graduate of
Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) at Southwestern University, Major in Educational Management, I have
trainings on principles, methods and strategies of teaching, as well as on a variety of educational
management programs and applications. To indicate further in the accompanying resume and

Analysis:

The letter is full of facts and answers all the questions regarding the said topic. It is full of the
necessary information in a detailed and meaningful structure. The information is clear and
concise. Even though lengthy, it is applicable for it states the data needed which makes it
reliable.
The letter follows the guidelines which states:
Avoid using clichs and overused expressions such as at this point in time.
Avoid wordy or repetitive phrasing such as due to the fact that.
Avoid insensitive and offensive wording such as foreigner or lower class.
Avoid contractions and abbreviations.
Use high quality paper (a cotton bond).
Proofread your work, look for all errors, and never mail a resume that has not been thoroughly
proofread .
These guidelines are followed by the letter above which makes it effective. The clarity of the
content must also be considered. It is important that the message you want to convey is still
the original message after you write the letter. Sometimes because of wordings the original
spirit was lost.
The completeness of the letter was also shown because as Ive said a while ago, the information
needed are all present. There is no need for more follow-ups about the information. The letter
itself is a good representation of the writer.
The consideration and courtesy was also shown because the wordings are not
consecrated to the I only but also with the you. Which is a good sign of a good and effective
writing. There is also concreteness and conciseness in the letter because it maximizes the use of
words and ideas to sum it all up in a letter.
To sum it all up, this solicited letter is assumed to have a resume when submitted in actual
practice. This solicited letter is an example of a good solicited letter which can be used when we
conquer the big world of business outside.
