Mentors and coaches learners in Westminster Colleges Project-based Master of Business
Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration programs. Converted traditional
masters degree web design class to competency-based version and demonstrated the
advantages of the authentic assessment method for administration. Subjects of instruction
include: Negotiations, Strategy, Marketing, Ethics, New Media, Portfolio Design, and
Instructional Technology.

Creates systems for the college-wide conversion from traditional classroom-delivered
instruction to a competency-based education model. Works with upper administration,
faculty, and staff designing degree programs which decouple the bonds between quality
