WELCOME TO INFINITY HOSPITALITY GROUP
Infinity Hospitality Group consists of multiple unique Event Venues
(The Bridge Building Event Spaces, The Bell Tower, Harding House
at Belle Meade Plantation), a full service event planning company
(Infinity Events and Catering), and two locally driven Nashville dining
establishments (Bria Bistro and Harding House Restaurant).
The Bridge Building Event Spaces offers a one-of-a-kind scenic view
of Nashville, in a historic Riverfront location. The Bell Tower, located
in the heart of Downtown Nashville, provides the perfect setting for
any event in one of the oldest and largest event spaces in Downtown
Nashville. The Harding House offers the perfect setting for any special
occasion on one of Nashvilles most historic venues, Belle Meade
Plantation.
Infinity Events and Catering is a full service event company, focusing
on event planning, catering, bar services, decor, event logistics,
lighting, entertainment, rental equipment, service staffing, and all other
required items for your individual event needs.
Bria Bistro, a neighborhood Italian Restaurant, features a creative
Italian cuisine using local ingredients and fresh made pasta. Harding
House offers southern lunch and brunch fare located on Belle Meade
Plantation.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is the capacity?
The Bridge Building Event Spaces can handle events for up to 1000 people.
The amount of people per rental package is dependent on the custom set up for your event.
How much does it cost to rent out the space?
Please refer to the pricing guide located on Pages 4&5
What is included in that cost?
Cumberland Package: 1st and 2nd floors- (130) natural wood padded folding chairs
and (13) 60 round tables
Observatory Package: 4th floor with Rooftop Patio- (130) natural wood padded folding chairs,
(13) 60 round tables, and the Rooftop Patio Tent
Infinity Package: 1st, 2nd and 4th floor with Rooftop Patio- (250) natural wood padded folding chairs,
(25) 60 round tables, and the Rooftop Patio Tent
How do I book an event?
An event is booked when a rental agreement is signed, the 50% deposit is paid and the credit card
authorization form is complete.
Do I need an Event Planner?
The Bridge Building Event Spaces has Event Planners available for your special event or you are
welcome to bring your own.
Does The Bridge Building Event Spaces arrange rentals?
The Bridge Building Event Spaces with Infinity Events & Catering will coordinate all rentals for the event at
clients cost
Can I bring in an outside caterer?
The In-House Catering provided by Infinity Events & Catering can accommodate any of your catering
needs, offering custom menu design and an infinite amount of options. You may use an outside caterer,
however, outside caterers will not have any use of the kitchen spaces and will be required to set up within
your designated rented area. In addition, an outside catering fee of 20% of your food and beverage cost
with a minimum of $2,000 will be applied to the total cost of your event.
Can I bring in my own alcohol?
No
Can I have my ceremony at The Bridge Building Event Spaces?
Yes. We specialize in unique wedding ceremony options. There is a $500 Ceremony Fee as well as a
required amount of wedding planning services.
Can I get married on the Shelby Street Bridge?
Yes you may get married on the Shelby Street Bridge. We will help coordinate any event on the bridge.
When can I tour the venue?
Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am 5:00 pm

THE BELL TOWER is Nashvilles Premier Historic Downtown


Event Space. This historic location, dating back to a church
in 1874, has been transform to a one-of-a-kind modern venue.
Exposed beams, natural light, upper level mezzanine, full on
site kitchen, bridal lounges, and state-of-the-art light and sound
make this venue one of the most desired spots in downtown
Nashville. This location is the single largest free standing venue
in Downtown Nashville.

Capacity is based on event setup but The Bell Tower can accommodate seated dinners for up to 400 and
cocktail style receptions for 700

How do I book an event?
An event is booked when a signed rental agreement, credit card authorization form, and 50% venue
deposit plus tax is received.
Do I need an Event Planner?
The Bell Tower has Event Planners available for your special event or you are welcome to bring your
own.
Where is parking?
Valet Parking is encouraged at The Bell Tower due to our Downtown urban location.
Does The Bell Tower provide rentals?
The Bell Tower with Infinity Events & Catering will coordinate all rentals for the event at clients cost.

120 guests is a comfortable number for most events: Seated dinner, buffet or cocktail reception.
Capacities may vary depending on individual event setup.
How much does it cost to rent out the space?
There is no venue fee as along as a $2,000 food and beverage minimum is met. Otherwise there is a $500
room rental.
What is included with the venue?
Wooden top tables, black linen napkins, and padded wood chairs for up to 120 guests.
How do I book an event?

OWNER BIOS

Nathaniel Beaver grew


up in Nashville, Tennessee.
A strong work ethic was at
the foundation of his youth.
Watching his mother, the
then Nurse Administrator in
Womens Health and father,
a special education metro
school teacher, he followed
down the job path at the
age of 12 working at the
famed Foxs Donut Den. An
degree from Montgomery
Bell Academy in 1999 set the
tone for his educational future and he went on to
receive his bachelors degree from the University
of Tennessee in 2003. He continued his education
and received two Masters degrees in Education
and Paralegal Studies while working as general
manager of multiple restaurants.

Tabor Luckey was born


and raised in north western
Montana. He has been in the
restaurant industry for over 21
years. Starting his hospitality
career out as a bus boy at a
new restaurant that opened by
his house on Flathead Lake,
where he stayed for 7 years
and left as the Executive Chef.
After graduating from high
school Tabor traveled where
he attended seminars at both
Le Cordon Bleus in Paris
and London. Once returning back to the states he
moved to Rhode Island and attended Johnson and
Wales University, majoring in Culinary Arts and
Foodservice Management, graduating magna cum
laude with both degrees.
After moving back to the states he started
working for an upscale casual corporate restaurant
group based in Nashville. He became the executive
chef of two locations in Nashville, as well as, a
corporate trainer opening five new locations. After
six years with this restaurant group he decided to
start working as a Culinary Instructor at the Art
Institute of Tennessee. Tabor is a member of the
American Culinary Federation and also a Certified
Executive Chef.

In 2006, Nathaniel became owner of Whitfields Restaurant and Bar and in 2009 he opened Bria Bistro.
Tabor joined forces with Nathaniel and became partner and the executive chef of both Whitfields Restaurant and
Bar and Bria Bistro in August of 2010. With their combined 40 years in the restaurant industry, the two started
The Harding House Restaurant at Belle Meade Plantation in May of 2011. That opening allowed the opportunity
to highlight Tabors catering passion and to further Nathaniels business minded outlook on the industry with
the launch of Infinity Events & Catering under the Parent Corporation, Infinity Restaurant Group. Whitfields
was sold in January of 2012 to their long time business partner in order to pursue other exciting opportunities.
In August of 2012, Nathaniel and Tabor opened up the companys flagship project at the historic Bridge Building
in Downtown Nashville. The Bridge Building Event Spaces has become one of the most popular event venues in
town and was recently voted by the Nashville Scene as having the Best New View of Nashville.
Nathaniel and Tabor take pride in the company they started. Comprising of over 25 salaried employees,
60 event staff members, and 50 restaurant employees, two restaurants, an events and catering company, and a
premiere downtown venue, their vision does not stop there. Always looking for new business opportunities,
the two came across another prime piece of property in the Downtown Nashville area and will be opening the
newest project from Infinity Restaurant Group in the November of 2014, The Bell Tower.
