Hey guys!
Actually I already wrote a post about the same theme. But it was in russian.
And today I want to discuss the same thing but at this time in english.
Yesterday I had a birthday. So now Im 25. I have covered a quarter of a centu
ry. Right. Honestly it feels strange. I dont think too much about my age usually
. I just enjoy my life and feel good about it. But every time I have a birthday
I start to think Im getting old and its kind of scary. And when that day passes
by I feel good again. The celebration of the fact that you are getting old annoy
s me. Because I dont feel like Im 25 inside. I feel like Im 19. Everybody says I
look younger than I am. And thats why I should not be upset.
But I would not be upset if most of the people in Russia did not think that 25 i
s too much. They think the youth is gone and by this time you must be like other
s...boring adult with a good job and family.
But what the hell?! What if I just like to be myself. Act weird and crazy someti
mes...look like a teen...do something immature. Why should I be like other 25 ol
dies?!
25 is not too much. I still have a lot of time to do everything I want. Im still
young and beautiful. And Im gonna stay this way for so long.
25 is like a beginning of my new life. Because of the disease I have a new life.
I changed a lot. Now its a new me. And my 25 in fact is like 1 years old of my
new life.
So what Im trying to say is dont pay attention on your birth date too much. Be
cause its just a number. It has nothing in common with the real you. Your age is
how you feel it inside and nothing more.
Grooming usually involves all the things that your mother told you about. Such t
hings as a neat hair, clean facial hair (men), clean finger nails, use of deodor
ant etc. For women light make-up with natural lipstick shades, and light or no p
erfume work best. Ideally clean your teeth before the interview so that your bre
ath will be smelling fresh. Another option is to eat breath mints before the int
erview. Under no circumstances should you be either chewing gum or have a mint i
n your mouth during the interview.
For cigarette smokers, ensure that your clothes and hair do not smell of cigaret
tes, as this can be a real negative with employers.
Remember to give yourself plenty of time before the interview to attend to your
hair, cool down or touch up. It is advisable that you have a practice run to rea
ch the interview place on time. On the day of the interview, leave for the inter
view early to ensure there is plenty of spare time should a delay occur. This wi
ll reduce the chance of you looking and feeling flustered during the all importa
nt beginning of the interview.
GROOMING TIPS FOR MEN AND WOMEN
Hair : Should be clean and neat.
Shoes : Should be in polished condition. Make sure heels are not worn.
Hands : Clean fingernails.
Fit : Clothes should be clean, neatly pressed, and fit properly.
Smells : Perfume and cologne should be used sparingly or not at all. No odors in
clothes. Dont smell like smoke.
Details : No missing buttons, no lint and dont forget to remove external tags and
tacking stitches from new clothes.
Pad folios : Preferred over a bulky briefcase. A small briefcase is also appropr
iate. But if you have no reason to carry a briefcase, dont because you risk looki
ng silly.
Book bags : Leave it at home for an on-site interview. For an on-campus intervie
w, you can leave it in the waiting area.

10 Holistic Benefits to Waking Up Before the Sun Rises
Early to rise photoAre you one of those people that wakes up long before the sun
has shown its pretty face? Or, do you leave just enough time in the morning to
roll out of bed, shower, and grab a cup of coffee en route to work?
We tend to think that were one way or the other, and that night owls can't become
early risers. But for morning lovers, especially those that have trained themse
lves to wake up earlier, theres a magic to the morning.
Here are some of the holistic benefits of waking up before the sun rises:
1. Counteracting depression
Rising early, during what in Sanskrit is called Brahmamuhurta (4-6 am), helps to
destroy the tamas and the rajas. In Ayurvedic philosophy, tamas and rajas are a
spects of the personality associated with lust, greed, jealousy, anger, anxiety,
fear, and delusion. Being active before the sun rises is one of the best ways t
o eliminate these negative traits, which in turn, eliminates depression.
2. Enjoying stillness
Before the worlds symbol for action, the sun, rises into the sky, everything is s
till. Its a great time to meditate without the distraction of movement in the wor
ld around you.
3. Expand productivity
When theres quietude, its a great time to get work done for the day ahead. Much of
the population is most productive in the morning. By sleeping late, you could b
e under-utilizing your full potential.
4. Avoid morning anxiety
If you wake up with plenty of time to get stuff done, youre not over run with anx
iety. When you're running behind, it causes stress. Not to mention the guilt tha
t comes with being slow to rise. When I wake up too late, I already feel guilty
because I know its going to be a less productive day.
5. Work toward life's goals
You can use this time of productivity to work toward your lifes goals. Its uplifti
ng to start the day doing something that you know will benefit your life in some
meaningful way. Zen Habits calls it MITs, or starting the day by doing your 3 M
ost Important Tasks.
6. Off Work Early
The earlier you get the work day started, the earlier you're done working. This
is especially true if you work from home or you have some degree of autonomy in
your job. If you finish work early, you have more time in the afternoon and even
ing to relax, or to spend time with family and friends.

If you wake up before the sunrises, you have a chance to walk outside, see the s
un rise, and watch nature awaken. Its an amazing opportunity to ground down and f
ind balance. It brings peace knowing that you're only one tiny portion of the ci

Many of the worlds greatest achievers were early risers. For example, Benjamin Fr
anklin once said: Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, an
d wise.

9. Increased creativity
In this quiet time your creativity is left to run wild. Take advantage of this d
istraction-free paradise to come up with some of your best ideas.
10. Increased fitness
With extra time in the morning, you have time to be active. Take a walk outside,
go to a spinning class, or hit your yoga mat. Whatever your workout flavor, tho
se that workout in the morning are the most likely to get it done.
