TENDER NOTICE
SEALED tenders in two bids (Technical Bid and Price Bid) are invited from eligible, reputed firms /
contractors of appropriate class, registered / working with Public or Private Sector organisations / large
industries / Central or State or Semi Govt. Organizations / MES / PWD / Railways etc. for the following term
contract work.

Date of opening of Technical Bid - 15/5/2012 at 1300 hrs.
Period of contract - 12 months
The date of opening of Price Bid of technically qualified tenderers will be intimated
later on.
2. Issue of Blank Tenders :
Interested parties may apply to obtain blank tender documents (non-
transferable) from Senior Manager-HR (ERM), Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd., Aircraft
Division, P.O. Ojhar Township, Tal Niphad, Dist. Nasik422 207, on any working day
(Monday to Saturday) in person, on payment of cost of tender as shown against sr. no.
1 to 8 in column 6 above (non-refundable), in the form of crossed demand draft drawn
in favour of M/s Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Aircraft Division, Nasik
payable at State Bank of India (Branch Code 1196), Ojhar Township or Punjab
National Bank, Ojhar Township or by payment in cash at HAL Cash Section, HAL,
Ojhar. between 0900 hrs. to 1100 hrs. & 1230 hrs. to 1400 hrs. Any other mode of
payment will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility criteria:
The tenderer should be fully acquainted with the compliance and maintenance of
registers under the provisions of relevant labour legislations and able to supervise the
work so awarded.
Experience: The bidder should have relevant experience in carrying out similar
nature of job during last five years ending March 2012 in any one of the
following :(copies of work order alongwith completion certificate to be enclosed)
1) Three similar works / contract costing not less than the amount equal to
40% (each) of the estimated cost or
2) Two similar works / contract costing not less than the amount equal to
50% (each) of the estimated cost or
3) One similar works / contract costing not less than the amount equal to
80% (each) of the estimated cost
Similar Nature of job mentioned above means experience in handling all types of
Labour oriented contracts.
Financial position: The firms should submit their turnover statement for the
last three years ending March 2011 and should have had average annual
financial turnover of at least 30% of estimated cost.
Bank Solvency : Bank Solvency certificate obtained from any Nationalized
Bank / Scheduled Bank of the value mentioned in above table against Sl. no.1
to 8, in column no. 7 & issued within a period of 12 months from the final date
of submission of tender.

1) Proof of registration under Employees Provident Fund & Misc. Provisions Act,
1952
2) Proof of registration with Professional Tax authorities
3) Proof of registration with Central Excise Dept. for the coverage of Service Tax
4) Copies of work orders / award letter for works executed during last Five years
ending march 2011 alongwith completion / execution certificate.
5) Copies of Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet duly certified by Chartered
Accountant for last three years ending March 2011.
6) Proof of labour licence issued by State or Central labour authorities.
7) Latest Police verification report from police authorities for contractor /
proprietor / tendeder
8) Proof of registration under Shops and Establishment Act
9) Copies of registration with central or state government / PSU, if any
10)Copies of partnership deed / affidavit for proprietorship.
4. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD):
The requisite EMD amount as shown against the respective tender Sl .No. 1 to
8, in colum 5 of above table is to be paid in the form of crossed Demand Draft in
favour of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Aircraft Division, Nasik payable on State
Bank of India (Branch Code 1196), Ojhar Branch or Punjab National Bank Ojhar
Branch . EMD amount can also be deposited in our cash office at above timings. No
other mode of payment shall be accepted. Tenders without Earnest Money Deposit are
liable to be rejected
.
5. Submission of Tender documents:
The tender document duly filled in all respect addressed to Senior Manager HR
(ERM) Aircraft Division, Nasik, in two separate sealed cover distinctly marked as Part
A Technical Bid and Part B Price Bid, and sealed inside a single envelope duly
super scribing on the envelope giving details of Tender No. ____________________
for the Job _____________________________ shall be deposited in the tender box
upto 1200 hours on 15/05/2012 . The tender box is provided at Administrative
Block, PO. Ojhar Township, Dist: Nasik 422 207 (Maharashtra) Late tenders will not
be accepted. The representative attending the opening of tenders should produce
authorization from his firm.
Maximum three tender documents only will be accepted from each
Tenderer / Firm
Right to accept any tender either in full or in part or to reject all the tenders
without assigning any reason is reserved.
The tender submitted should be valid for 120 days from the date of opening of
tender. HAL shall not be responsible for delay, loss or non-receipt of tenders during
transit, if sent by post and will not entertain any correspondence in this regard.
Details of specifications of jobs and terms and conditions are given in the
tender documents.
HAL reserves the right to assess the bidders capabilities and capacity to
perform the contract and decision of HAL in this regard shall be final.
