PABXControl, version 6.0 is an application specially designed to interact with modern telephone exchanges
PABX and multi-line through serial communication enabling the costing and storage of incoming and outgoing
calls.

The application allows the generations of different textual and graphic call reports for each extension, trunk
line, and cost center, enabling the control and handling of the telephone cost of the organization, the use time
of staff members, and each and every resource available to clients in terms of telephone attention.

Requirements Requirements Requirements Requirements

The following hardware and software are required for adequate program operation: :: :

exchange. This and other properties are activated through the button Configuration and Security which are
available in the main menu and Tools Bar PABXControl

When the file with extension DRV is indicated in the text box Driver for the PABX exchange, it synthesizes the
logic required for the interpretation of the information originated in the telephone system.

This configuration surely will be automatically produced in the process of the applications installation, when
you ask the product for a specific telephone system, then if your system is a digital equipment Panasonic KXTD
1232, the name of installed driver will be PAND1232.DRV.
In the case of connection to a PABX exchange that the application has not drivers, you need to write the
corresponding driver, according to the parameters given in Appendix C. These are rare cases within the limits
of the modern commercial equipment.

for incoming calls monitoring and setup virtual accounts (HUNTER.TXT) and list of Departments and their
Associated Cost Centers (DEPENDE[x].TXT), this is to obtain the best profits of present tool and appoint in
direction to administrations constrain.

Using the buttons View Area Codes, View Rates, View Area Codes + Routes Configuration, View
Directory, and View Hunter you can verify these files.
The file DEPENDE[X].TXT for departments configuration may have any name since it is associated with the
users wishes when departments reports are produced; it can be created through a Text editor such as Word
Pad (Microsoft). That way you can have different levels of detail for a simplified presentation of reports. (For
more detail See Appendix B).

of the file Confruta.dat that can be located using the button View Area Codes + Routes Configuration

Each Telephone system in his record call, reports the trunk or line that makes possible the external connection,
also reporting the Access Code or Route Number by means of which the user reaches it.

Using these fields and the declaration made in the configuration file (*.DRV) for this PABX system, its possible
reference each codes and cost table with a Route Number or trunk line circuit List or both at the same time,
giving precedence to the identification of the line in the reference of the area and cost table for any call. If
there is no configuration of this item, the system works by defaults with Xcodes.dat

The Confruta.dat setup give to you the option to identification of all trunk lines or connection circuits that the
telephone system uses, thus, it identifies the lines with their name and directory number in the consolidated
Reports.

5. Verify communication parameters 5. Verify communication parameters 5. Verify communication parameters 5. Verify communication parameters by activate the button Communication parameters in the PABXControl
Main Menu. There, you could specify the communication port of your computer that is associated with the
application and each of its properties: Speed, Parity, Number of bits and Stop Bits.

There should be equivalence between the setup communication port of your telephone System and your
computer. Once the logic Configuration and Physical Connection of the telephone System and Microcomputer
have been realized, the word ON should be seen in red characters on the button communication
Parameters and this will be allow a communication.

6. Feeding the Directory Data Base 6. Feeding the Directory Data Base 6. Feeding the Directory Data Base 6. Feeding the Directory Data Base accessible by means of the button Telephone Directory, it is desirable
though not absolutely necessary for the applications operation. (The same consideration is valid for Hunter
and Departments).

With this information, all the administration of physical and logic resources associated to the telephone
communication environment is centralized, because, there, you have available information on all the extension
numbers, users data, associated department, and fields for authority codes and costs center designed for
each one of them.

This information is contained in a file named DIRECTO.MDB DIRECTO.MDB DIRECTO.MDB DIRECTO.MDB which is created on a database type Microsoft
Access which makes possible an exportation of this information for any kind of administrative process
associated with telephone calls control and payment.

Cost Center Cost Center Cost Center Cost Center numbered from 1 to 999990, each one of them made up corresponding extensions. When
directory information is not configured in the application, this assigns values default of Cost Center to each
of the calls reported by the telephone system.

If the extension has not been declared in the field No of Extension of the database DIRECTO.MDB, all of
the calls related with that extension would be charge to the Cost Center number 999999.

If the extension is declared in the field "No of Extension" of the database DIRECTO.MDB, but the field "Cost
Center" is empty, or invalid ( different to 1-999990), all calls to that extension will be classified with a Cost
Center equal to zero (0).

If the call records not have ID for Number Extension, (Operator Call, Tandem call) then the Center
Cost by default is 999998 , and in case of traffic Trunk to Trunk or Incoming call with ID, the Center Cost is
999997 and in this way, it is possible generated report by this call type.

In addition, the system offers a type of printed report relating those consolidated for each Cost Center, thus,
the administrator who is responsible for the analysis could define satisfactory cost levels for each center and
watch over them monthly as a basic starting procedure for control.

file DEPENDE1.TXT to have the possibility for arranging hierarchically at a superior level of the cost center,
grouping several Costs Centers in the figure of an item named department.
It is possible to have several files of departments configuration according to the desired group of Cost Centers.
(Example: Depende2.txt, Depende3.txt and so on). Thus, it is easy to obtain more compressed reports than
those obtained by Cost Centers.

The new version of PABX Control PABX Control PABX Control PABX Control A2000 A2000 A2000 A2000 (ver 6.0) is an application that contains two interface for the users,
the first named PABXControl contains the Direct Access buttons, the Resumed State System Screen and Screens
of General Presentation, and the second named PABXgraphic is dedicate to the graphic environment.
In addition, there is a version of PABXControl A2000 PABXControl A2000 PABXControl A2000 PABXControl A2000 named Viewer Viewer Viewer Viewer, which makes possible the total
Administration of all data, even its Post-procesing, but without the capacity of data acquisition from the
Telephone System, as the master version named Capture Capture Capture Capture has.
The version Viewer Viewer Viewer Viewer is a complement of Administrative Tool that makes possible integration in organizations
hierarchically distributed.

Other presentation of the administration tool is the Hotel Module named PABXHOTel, and it offers all data in a
database type access and his consult is via SQL Sentences.

Environment by Interface PABXControl Environment by Interface PABXControl Environment by Interface PABXControl Environment by Interface PABXControl

The Main Presentation Screen PABXControl consists of a form of Resumed State System and a Tool Bar
with three-dimensional buttons for direct access to all properties of the applications configuration in what
corresponds to functions to the telephone environment. (View figure 1).

Resumed State System Resumed State System Resumed State System Resumed State System is open once the option PABXControl is selected in the Menu in the starting screen.
(Figure 1), its presentation is like the shown in Figure 2.
The Menu Bar is complemented simultaneously with the display of the form Resumed State System to
provide access to the greater part of button options by means of the fast key (ALT + Underlined character).

This form describes information about the General State such as Enterprises Name, Product supplier,
Current Date and Hour and File Name currently used to store calls.
Another type of information is reference to telephone traffic, which is structured with the following criteria:

Month Calls: represents the number of calls which are seized during one month, this information is purged
after fulfilling the storage requirements which have been arranged in the Applications Configuration. For
example: calls of more than ### seconds, or of the following type (Local, National or all of them).

Accumulate Cost for Month: shows the cost represented by all calls stored in the Monthly File.

Users Manual PABX Control A2000 V6.0 Page - 7

Users Manual PABX Control A2000 V6.0 Page - 8
Entering Calls for Each Session: is the number of stored calls which have attributes of Entering Calls, given by
the Telephone System. These calls have been stored during one session that is defined as the time passed
since the last time the application was started. (Microcomputer Ignition)

Local Calls for Each Session: quantifies, in number, the calls which have been stored in session, fulfilling the
Classification Criteria Local Call according to requirements given in the Applications Configuration (Option
Local Call Area Codes with button Configuration and Security).

Figure 2.
Resumed State System Form

Hunted Calls in Session: expresses the number of calls that have been stored in session, fulfilling the
classification criterion that was previously imposed in the Configuration File activated by means of the button
See Hunter.

This information is an important tool for the organizations that require management criteria of cost accounts
for Providers, Distributors or Calls with penalized or exonerated cost

Communication State: shows the communication port used for the connection with the PABX Exchange and its
Active or Inactive State.

This information depends on the configuration of the Communication Port that was given in Communication
Parameters.
The Communication State has a component Separated in this way from the Resumed State System that
depends on the physical connection with the Telephone System, establishing ON or OFF according to the
state of electric signalizing between both systems. This additional information of Communication State is
appreciated as part of the icon that represents the option Communication Parameters in red characters for
ON and blue ones for OFF

Users Manual PABX Control A2000 V6.0 Page - 9
Connection Speed: It presents the configuration parameters with those programmed "Communications port".
These parameters must be identical to those of the communications port program of the telephone System in
connection.

- Connection Speed represents the amount of information transferred in a specific time, the bauds are standard
units, and 1200, 2400 or 4800 are secure values.

- Parity, indicates the use of a basic communication protocol in which each transferred word indicates in itself a
characteristic that validates it, it can be:

E EE Even (pair), O OO Odd (unmatched), N NN None (not one), M MM Mark (sing), S SS Space (space)

- Number of Bits: is the amount of digits One (1) and/or Zero (0) which composes a word, it can by Seven (7)
or Eight (8).
- Stop Bits, indicates the number of time units equivalent in bits that divides each of the words in the
informations transmission.

One of the advantages of choosing a low speed for the establishment of data connection between the
telephone system and Microcomputer is larger immunity to the induced noise and a possibility of connection to
larger distances than those normally accepted in links of serial communication.

You can observe that this form has an Icon (Superior Left Corner) and a control box (Superior Right Corner)
that make possible the minimization of the window or the closure of the application.

In case that you desire to finish the application from here, the system presents a way to receive the password
assigned by the administrator, following the secure requirements, thus, it is guaranteed that the system will be
present during the time defined by the administration and there will not be a possibility of irregular
management of the application (View figure 3).

Figure 3
Passwords Demand

The same kind is observed for each of the access to the system configuration and for those of visualization
and generation of reports. Each one has a particular password; it depends on who is the option for the
administrator or the operator.

Users Manual PABX Control A2000 V6.0 Page - 10
Once the right code assigned by the administrator has been introduced, there is a way that enables the exit of the
application, not before the program warns that the system of calls control and cost will stop working. (Figure 4)

- No Present Filter: The information window indicates at the moment, that no type of selection has been made
about the general information provided in the selection file, the measurement of the file results in the
definition of the according filters, these filters are all defined this text.
- None: This action gives the possibility to take back the entire file again, that is to say undo all of the filter
operations and reinitiate the operation.

- Verification Box Negative Filter Negative Filter Negative Filter Negative Filter: it is possible to change the logic of each filter when it is applied, every
time the obtained result has all of the values of the call that does not comply with the given condition.

- Order: The filter realizes an arrangement of all of the registrations of the calls, located in the Extension,
Truncated Circuit, Cost Center, or Dependency in ascending order, from least to greatest, totaling all costs,
time, and the number of calls for each.

- -- - Hunter: Advanced Search Function with multiple defined functions in the configuration Hunter file found with
the See hunter button in the tool bar, permitting the search of previously classified calls and alias names
that you possibly find. The search gives assigned calls, advanced relationships of determined sections, or
individual and respective costs. Likewise, you can signify the origin of figurative calls, which can be placed in
the system memory for future searches and at times to find the relationship that allows the exact definition of
individual calls made from different origins within the organization.

Users Manual PABX Control A2000 V6.0 Page - 14
- Call Type: You can locate diverse types of traffic, according to all the provided identifications of the indicated
definition in each operation table, likewise, for example, for a system with telephone lines in two different
cities, you have two definition tables of Indicatives and Tariffs, and local calls that exist LOC1 and LOC2. If you
want to filter local calls without the importance of which city, the search parameters of the chain of LOC
characters, and if you require local traffic of a particular city, you must name the appropriate complete chain.
This is the same operations to search for National traffic (NAL[x]), International (INT[x]), etc., according to the
declaring in the Xcodes[x].dat tables, where x has a value between 1 and 12.
A internal tool for the purification of the Xcodes[x].dat tables provided in the search parameters NNN that
detects all of the calls in the monthly file that has a route and/or trunk that does not have the corresponding
configuration in Confruta.dat, and therefore in a regular report destined Without Configuration and
Operator_??.
The parameter NONX locates all of the calls without identification for the Xcodes table given (X).
The parameter TRUX locates all of the calls with incomplete digits included in the Xcodes (X) table.

- Department is possible if you have the file configured Depende1.txt to obtain all the traffic of certain
extensions in the center of associated costs with a particular dependency. The given parameter for the search
was the name of the dependency or initial letters, which unequivocally identifies, a form of search of the
absent configuration of the parameters used Without Configuration.

In general case, other are :

- Code Condition or Status, to present various states, depending of the Telephone System connected, and the
more simple cases of significance associated with the Transference action and the State of The Internal or
External Call, we are able to select the base total of the calls, which represent the particular determined state.

- Duration, select the calls that meet with a greater time that the given search parameter, the possibility of
continuing the occupied time for each of the users of the incoming and outgoing calls.

- Number Called, This filter locates all of the calls of the present base data that comply with the given number
(or with the first digits if it is partial) like the parameters through

The window of the data introduction. In some Telephone Systems this field in addition utilized for the selection
of incoming calls.

-Route, is the field that generally indicates the digit(s) called for the user of the established outgoing
communication. Generally a route can be defined by an arrangement of public lines from the Local Telephone
Company, or cellular bases or connected to other systems.

-Account Code, this is a coded to associate a group of extensions to one account collection, then one can
generate lists for each section or department of the company, this programmation depends on the
configuration of the telephone system.

-Authorized Code, This is a code so that the user can make calls that are normally restricted, from whatever
telephone extension within the company, the search of these registered codes of the calls can locate the origin
and given user of the code.

-Leasing, this is a variable that some medium telephone systems contemplate and a large capacity, to support
the configuration of possibly serving more that one business, in this way; one can generate separate billing for
each business.

-Extension (Origin) , This filter gives the possibility to search for all of the present calls in a file or sub file
processing for a particular extension or a group of extensions.

-Trunk Circuit, counting the number and cost of calls and the incoming and outgoing calls, and possibly giving
an evaluation of the requirements or assignments of different lines.

-Time queue , shows the delay of the answer of the incoming calls by an operator.

-Time, (hour) this filter selects all of the calls made or received in the company for a determined time, defining
the schedules and magnitude of the traffic or simply for locating a particular call.
Parameter format are : HH:MM or HH:MM&HH:MM (for Rang) and HH.

-Date Range is a filter for locating all of the calls based on data of given month, day or time.
Parameter format are : MM-DD%HH:MM&MM-DD%HH:MM for rang in several days , or MM-DD&DD , or by calls
in day MM-DD .

-Cost Center, with one or various search parameters presents all of the calls in the data base for the effective
programmed configuration through the Telephone Directory button on the tool bar, complies with the
conditions of the search.

-Cost, this filter selects all of the calls with a larger cost than the given value.

-Data Format Text Indicator, this window is an auxiliary of the user that indicates the previous format for the
introduction of data in each particular case of the filter, guaranteeing an effective and secure search.

-Data Introduction Box, this window enables each filter selection that requires a value parameter; the
introduction of the data given is sensible as indicated in the Data Format Text Indicator, which is the equivalent
of the previous format of the data in the working data file.

The special functions provided through this tool can be defined as follows:
* Different tariff application that provide generically for the data base XCODES[x].DAT and defined in a flexible way for
the administrator user, and possibly this way collections of special functions for Exoneration, Subsidization, Penalization,
or to maintain generic tariff.

* The assignment of an alias, which identifies the destination of a definite number, facilitating the generation of special
account, costs (Calls that provide specifics, clients or personals)

* Furtive call searches with a known destination, effects from the organization but of unknown origin, then the system
memorizes the corresponding calls for finding in the future a possible relation that defines exactly the individual who
makes the call from different origins from within the organization.
The type of cost that is defined is not important, or the finality of its use, this information is the bases for searches of

- Operator password, permits affixing of an inferior level of security to the authorization of the administrator,
establishing the possibility of three different types of operator, the first without privileges, the other declared
Operator with access to intermediate levels, and the third Administrator with total access to the application.

- Driver for the PABX Equipment, characterizes the implantation of the Control and Cost Call Software for determinate
Telephone System. During the process of basic installation, an automatic form of the configuration is made, and only in
the case that the client change the equipment is necessary change it.

- Administrator Password permits the affixing to the system administrator of Control and the Paying of the Call a
password, to restrict the access to the different levels of the application, such as in the configuration of the
communications port or as in the confirmation to terminate the application.

- Minimum Call in Seconds, determines the minimum time that a call must have to be considered and stored in the
database, optimizing the space in the available disk and the answers of the system in the searches.

- Minimum Collection in Seconds according to the Local, National, International, Cellular, etc., call made, this determines
the additional definitions of the tariffs that applies to each type of call.

There are 12 XCODES[x].DAT files in total, and they list international destinations or locations in the country with their
area codes, local series, the number of the rate, the kind (type) of the call and the number of the digits for a successful
communication for each of the different telephone operators.

The information is organized in six columns separated by colons : ; the first column registers the name of the
destination, composed of on abbreviation of three letters that identifies the department or country, a hyphen and the
specific name of the place. The second column, registers the (NDD) National Direct Dialed code (Area Code) or the
international number equivalent, in the country; the third column indicates de code of the rate or the prompter index of
the rate in the file rates (x).dat .The fourth registers the kind of call which is a symbol adopted to classify calls and
possibilities of later filtering. The last field indicates the number of digits that the dialed number, must contain, to
indicate a successful communication. The lines starting with semicolons ; are considered comments.

In this way, all the information is easy to handle and thanks to the management of internal structures of the applications
data, this information becomes resident in memory with binary search of algorithms, to guarantee the best efficiency
when using the computer.
The RATES.DAT RATES.DAT RATES.DAT RATES.DAT file, contains the logic of specification to apply the different rates (full or reduced) according to the hour
and they of the week. In addition it contains each of the values of the possible rates, and a parameter that determines
the minimum charge in seconds for all Calls.

Users Manual PABX Control A2000 V6.0 Page - 35
The Definition of rates for all hourly slice is determined in the following way:

Factor offset indicates the line in file, different from comment and later the definition of full and reduced schedules,
with rate values valid for this definition line.

From this Rate, we can determine the valid rates for the days of the week included and during the specific hours.

The value of factor offset will be 1 for the first module of rate values (full rates), 100 for the second module
corresponding to rates, with reduced hourly schedules and 200 for the definition of another module, corresponding to
rates with second reduced hourly fringe 2, and so on as much different rates contemplated.

The equivalent values in numbers for days of the week are. 1 (Sunday), 2 (Monday),....7(Saturday). The equivalent
values in numbers for hours are: 00, 01....23 (hours).

The modulation of rates is defined a priori, according to the requirements of the country where the product will be
used. Thus, in the actual case, 100 rates may represent the necessary values, to pay cost of the different kind of calls in
coming, local, national, international, cellular calls and those created by the user for Hunter File.

For that reason a definition of reduced rate for a schedule span would take a factor offset of 100 (Rate Values between
101 and 200 replace the full values between1 and 100 for the specified reduced schedule) and a second definition, for
another reduced schedule would take a factor offset of 200. (Rate values between 201 and 300 to replace the full
values between 1 and 100 for the specified reduced schedule) and son on, for the hourly spans with reduced Rates that
may be required.

The file of routes configuration Confruta.Dat for Multicost The file of routes configuration Confruta.Dat for Multicost The file of routes configuration Confruta.Dat for Multicost The file of routes configuration Confruta.Dat for Multicost

The file Confruta.Dat is devoted to make possible the Configuration of the Control System and Calls Payment in places
where telephone lines of Several Operators are used, it is relevant here to talk about Cellular bases connected to the
System, or Access Lines to International Operators.

In addition, in this file the identification for every circuit is done, which is used in the reports of each of the Public Lines
Circuits or Telephone System Connections, giving to each one a name, profit or function and its directory number.

The Routes Configuration indicates to the System the relationship between a Route Number and/or Trunk Circuit and
tables Xcode(X).dat and Rates(X).dat for costing the Call.

If the Telephone System in its detailed register of calls has an identification route field, it should be config in its Driver
with the Key word ROUTENUM, in such a way that the values that are present in this field, will be the index element
that allows the appropriate payment of calls.

If the Route Field is not available, the configuration must be done in Confruta.dat with the possible values of the field
CONUM which identifies the Trunk Line.

Besides, it is possible to do a dual Configuration which takes into account both Route and Trunk line sensors, but with
preference for the configuration of the Trunk Line.

The file Depende1.txtis an auxiliary element that makes possible the realization of consolidated reports with
construction at a less level of detail than the Center Cost; this file groups several Center Cost to an identifier element (for
example a dependency, department etc) which represents the hierarchy of the company.

This file is useful to obtain simpler and more suitable global reports for quick analysis of the different managerial
entities in the company.

Besides, it is possible to count on several Depende#.txt files in such a way that you have several kind of reports
according to the Managerial Schemes existing in the company or enterprise.

The order in which declaration appear in the file, define the hierarchy order of reports.

The file for configuration of Virtual Accounting HUNTER.TXT The file for configuration of Virtual Accounting HUNTER.TXT The file for configuration of Virtual Accounting HUNTER.TXT The file for configuration of Virtual Accounting HUNTER.TXT

The HUNTER.TXT file has information for exclusive use of the System Manager; he/she creates this information following
the parameters arranged by the company in relation to control, distribution of prices and limitations of telephone use.

The special functions provided by this tool are:

* Application of rates which are different from those provided by the Data Base XCODES(X).DAT and are defined by
user in a very flexible way: which makes possible special cashing functions such as exonerate, subsidize, penalize or
keep a generic rate.

* An alias is given to identify the destination for the defined number, these enables costs at special accounts. (Calls
to specific providers, customers or staff member)

* Search of furtive calls with known destination which have been made from the organization but which do not have a
defined origin. The system will memorize those phone calls in order to find a possible relationship that allows the
identification of the person who makes the calls from different origins inside the organization.

No matter the kind of defined cost or the purpose, this information is the basis for the searches by destination or alias
made with the filter HUNTER from the Menu FILE / PROCCES / FILTER or its equivalent in bar Tool (Process Data).

This information could be modified and later saved by the user in the visualization and edition window for the immediate
search of a specific destination.

+9 If a filter is feasible, this line defines the text that appears labeling the text box where is read the entry used as the
filter parameter.
+10 Specifies the minimum value allowed as entry parameter if "U" is specified in the field type of filter.
+11 Specifies the maximum value allowed as parameter if "U" is specified in the field type of filtered.
A value of -1 specifies that there is no numerical limit of validation for maximum value.

DESCRIPTION OF THE REPORT 1.

The monthly file of charges used was 95mayo.tar when just four days of the month had gone by and a filtering
process was done on it from which the following information is explained:

1. The applied filters were:
- Ordered by Extension
- Number of extension 101
- Calls with a larger duration than one minute

2. You see that there is no national call (they do not exist), on the contrary the system is storing Local Calls
(configuration ALL in menu: Capture Options, Dialogue Box: Calls to be registered) and it is assigning a cost for
them according to administration criterion.

3. The Applied Rate for local calls (area codes 21,22,23,24) is five pesos for each minute, this value was adequately
assigned in the base of area codes XCODES.DAT (see appendix b)

The Non-Lines values of cost cashing are due to the fact that the Basic Rate (full) is linked to times schedules with
reduced rates (50% and 80%) defined the base RATES.DAT (See appendix B)

DESCRIPTION OF THE REPORT 2.

The monthly file of charges used was 95mayo.tar when just four days of the month had passed, and filter process was
done on it from which the following information is explained:

1. The Applied Filters were:

- Organization of the total base in increasing order of extension number, which indicates to the system that it, has
to do partial and general totals.

- Selection of calls made on May 5
th
.

- Selection of calls that were transferred.

2. You see that national call was made (they did not exist), on the contrary the system is storing local calls
(configuration ALL in menu: Configuration and Security Configuration and Security Configuration and Security Configuration and Security , Dialogue Box: Calls to be register Calls to be register Calls to be register Calls to be register) and it is a cost for
them changing it according to the administration-criteria

3. The applied rate for local calls (area codes 21,22,23,24) is five pesos for each minute, this value was adequately
assigned in the base of area codes XCODS.DAT (appendix B)

The Non-Line values cost changing are due to the fact that the basic rate (full) is related to hours with reduced
rates (50% and 80%) defined in the base RATES.DAT (appendix B)

4. This report only refers to the calls made by users and that were transferred to consult or to extensions that cannot
enable local calls.

5. Given that the Panasonic PABX Equipment is programmed not to send the entering calls to SMRD, there is no
possibility to have a better control on the (employees) with regard to the time they spend phoning.

DESCRIPTION OF THE REPORT 3.

The used monthly file of appraisal was 95mayo.tar when alone they had lapsed four days of the month, and on him one
carries out a filter process of which the following information is explained:

1. The filters applied on the total file of calls were executed in sequential form with the purpose of finding significant
values of calls of long distance on the Trunk Line number 5, and they were the following ones:

- Ordination of the total base in upward order of extension number, that which indicates to the system that he must
carry out total partial and general.

- Selection of calls of long distance (First Digit 9 in Colombia).

- Selection of calls with duration bigger than 40 Seconds.

- Selection of calls with value bigger than $500.

- Selection of calls generated by the Trunk Line numbers 5.

2. According to the filters applied for the report, alone six (6) extensions completed the requirements, identifying for
each one of the calls the destination. If the destination not exist in XCODES.DAT, then because the first digit 9, it
would have been assigned to the call a maximum rate settled in the database of indicative XCODES.DAT for National
Calls.

3. The rates and the values applied in this appraisal process were extracted this way of XCODES.DAT and RATES.DAT:

CITY CITY CITY CITY TARIFFS TARIFFS TARIFFS TARIFFS VALUE VALUE VALUE VALUE
Santafe de Bogota (Cund) 5 197.80
Cali (Valle) 3 105.30
Pto Tejada (Cauca) 3 105.30
Padilla (Cauca) 3 105.30
Celullar 12 550.00

Alone a call you makes in reduced schedule (Extension 103 to the half-day) with a discount of 20% defined in the
base RATES.DAT.

4. This report indexes some calls carried out by users and that they were transferred, these they are identified with the
sign "* ** * in the column T.

5. Since the PABX Equipment Panasonic was programmed for not throwing SMDR the incoming calls, there is not
possibility to exercise a better control on the personnel in what refers at the time of use of the telephones.
