Recent Projects Executed
• Worked as Project Manager for Automating Business Management Systems for a
Constructions Materials Company in USA. The project aimed at automating business
management system by integration, supporting portals for e-commerce (online
ordering, invoicing, account status etc.) and reducing data redundancy by making
reusable components. The Legacy CICS applications (s390), ERP system (SAP), Backend
Apps (DCS, Walker, Oracle) were integrated through Tibco RV. The Business Process
was modeled using Tibco Business Works. My software engineering activities involved
• Meet with customers to determine their needs, gather and document
requirements, communicate with customers throughout the
development project to manage customer expectations, resolve issues,
and provide project status.
• Develop project plans, track project execution, manage changes,
develop and execute implementation plans.
• Coordinate with other internal departments including Quality
Assurance, Product Operations, and Production Support.

• Worked as Project Manager for APC FDC Re-Engineering project. The client was a
major semiconductor manufacturer in Europe. This Proof of Concept is to develop
Equipment Advance Process Control / Fault Detection and classification (APC/FDC) in
the Semiconductor FAB. This application will help the managers to identify the faults
and minimize the scrap in the FAB. This project also handles parameters like high
performance, latency, data replication and high storage. My software engineering
activities involved
• Develop project plans, track project execution, manage changes,
develop and execute implementation plans

integration project in Malaysia. The client was a major semiconductor manufacturer in

Europe. This project is to design and develop Equipment Automation Program (EAP) to
automate the manufacturing process of Semiconductor manufacturing tools. The EAP
acts as a driver for the Host to communicate to equipment. Project feature includes
Automated Tracking, Automated Setup, Setup Validation, Automated Start, Data
collection, Alarm reporting and Auto Track Out. This project also includes
implementation of Recipe Management System (RMS) which includes Recipe Select,
Recipe compare, Recipe Load and Recipe upload. My software engineering activities
involved
• Meet with customers to determine their needs, gather and document
requirements.
• Develop project plans, manage changes, prioritizing tasks, develop and
execute implementation plans.
• Validating the existing EI Architecture with EI Architectural team
• Tracking status of the project and preparing weekly status reports
• Implementation of EAP programs on the Equipments

• Worked as System Architect for NPI Dashboard project for a leading semiconductor
manufacturer in USA. The project was mainly targeted to provide the management
with revenue, Gross Margin and Development cost related data. This application data
is integrated with another application, Dante using oracle streams advances queuing.
This also involved challenges to have session sharing and dynamic display of data in a
customized grid view. My software engineering activities involved

• Worked as System Architect for Summit Maps system for a leading semiconductor
manufacturer in USA. This portal application allows the users to view the maps of
buildings, floors and the number of conference rooms in each building as well as the
printers available in each floor. This also involved the need for zoom in and out of the
maps and also the capability like booking conference rooms, marking the user
locations. All this is done using AJAX technology. It is also integrated with legacy

• Worked as System Architect for Summit Shop portal for a leading semiconductor
manufacturer in USA. This project is involved with the development of a portal
application which will be used by employees worldwide for ordering IT services. The
various IT services provided are ordering calling cards, ordering RSA secure IDs,
booking audio conferences and booking web conferences. Each and every services will
communicate with the vendor using the vendor API’s. These processes also require the
