Difficulties arose with Des in her bring-
up with behavioral problems
accentuated in her late teens. As
parents we tried to get her help for her
mental illness & addictions. We
connected her with her birth family. &
sent her to an addiction center that
never helped. After the birth of her first
two children she became more
unpredictable/unstable & Charlene
reported that she hurt them. I reported
my concerns to Protection Services
twice believing they'd investigate. They
did not but kept them in harm's way,
The Sexual Abuse Team's doctor lied
about photos being taken, dated their
injuries as occurring while in our care-
which amounted to 'continuous injury'.
PART THREE
SMITH STREET
Being devastated about Part Two & the
revelations of Charlene about SRA & the horrific
abuse she suffered & the grief over the loss of
their mother & my daughter I decided to focus on
my own rehabilitation & that of those like Des who
had fallen through the cracks & filled our jails and
psych wards & began a program to help called:
HEALING THE NATION-ONE FAMILY AT A TIME.
A conspiracy to frame us re: the abuse of the
children, theft of properties & two hostile evictions
properties to effect the demise of the rehab
program (loss of gainful employment), loss of
reputation & character assassination had to stop.
These defendants robbed us financially & were
relentless to cause us pain & suffering. The lies,
the deceptions had to end. Continuous injury
had to come to an end-hence a lawsuit. The
judicial system added insult to injury-injuries!!
PART ONE
ADOPTION of DES.
Government public servants engaged
in lies, deception & 'hood-winking' to
complete our adoption of Des. She
was portrayed as having met all
normal milestones. She could not
walk, was underweight physically
abused, having cigarette burns all
over her body. Then when reported
was told they were not there while in
their care. This in isolation would not
cause me to litigate these
governments/Defendants nor did I
ever consider this. We loved and
accepted Des as our own child who
were committed parents-but this was
the beginning of what would finally
amount to 'continuous injury'.

Continuous injury was claimed by me as public servants acting on behalf of the Attorney
General, Saskatchewan Government in conjunction with the Attorney General, Government of
Canada brought to us CONTINUOUS HARM / INJURY as described on our WEBSITES

It was in the fall of 2003 when my last grandchild came to live with us that I fully realized these
damages as continuous. Their deceptions, lies and aggressive and oppressive actions where
intended to be in control of their own political mandates with little or more accurately. Their
actions were mirrored by the judiciary. What happened to us was on a smaller scale than the lies
and breaches of duty and trust imposed on the Aboriginal and First Nations in splitting-up their
families and placing their children in Residential Schools, taking their lands and breaching their
treaties. They did manage to split-up our family in ignoring the truth, undermining the truth and
denying my daughter the help she deserved. Then they took our financial investment & chattels
and damaged our reputations. They took away our livelihood. With the adoption of Des we were
grafted into their collective pain which has made me even more empathic to their struggles.
I accepted this, but not the aftermath as described. Once they had pitted me against my adopted
daughter, against her people and used them as pawns to cause division to bring irreparable harm
to me/us by 'playing the race card' I needed to do something to Stop their madness and so I did-I
