A world renowned liqueurs and sirops producer, the founder, Emile Giffard first started as a dispensing pharmacist in the Loire Valley.
In 1885 he undertook research on the digestive and refreshing properties of mint and thereby invented a pure, clear and refined white
mint liqueur which became successful. Emile changed his pharmacy into a distillery and called his liqueur Menthe Pastille which
became very famous at the time. Four generations later, Giffard & Co, still in the hands of the Giffard Family, producing wide range of

Briottet SAS is a family business founded in 1836. Initially wine merchant, they later contributed to the development of the aperitif
"Blanc Cassis", the production began to include regional liqueurs and in particular Crme de Cassis de Dijon which now represents
60% of the sales. Briottet SAS produce approximately 3500 hl of liqueurs or base products.
Generation have succeeded generations and today the Managing Director, Grard BRIOTTET, maintains tradition at 12 rue Berlier
in Dijon. Magnificent vaulted cellars ensure the ageing of its "Marc de Bourgogne" (grappa) in 228 litres barrels and keep the
liqueur at a constant temperature, away from the light.

Originally from Germany, Dr. Johann Siegert, a doctor of medicine, hoped to use tropical herbs and plants to bring relief to his patients.
In 1824, he arrived at a unique blend of herbs which he called aromatic bitters. From these humble beginnings an international industry
was soon to rise. It was a period of great maritime activity in the Caribbean. Started from 1830, Dr. Siegert exported his unique aromatic

The grapes of the Picpoul, St Emilion and Bacot variety come from the vineyards planted in Bas-Armagnac and Tnarze. Picked at the end of
September, the grapes are pressed and put in tanks. Once the wine has fermented, and by April at the very latest, the wine is distilled. It is then
allowed to age in oak barrels. It is a blend of "Sgazan" Armagnac and very old Bas-Armagnac. The youngest brandy is six years old.
The Tacama Vineyard has an area of about 200 hectares (494 acres) and is located in the Valley of Ica, a fertile oasis surrounded
by desert. Tacama uses both French technology and receives advice from French experts. Tacama has won several awards in
international show.
This pisco is made with the finest grape varieties grown in the TACAMA vineyard. Its taste and perfume, linked to the grapes it comes
from, are strong and pleasant. It is ideal for making cocktails, especially the famed Pisco Sour.
The traditional brandies, distilled using methods handed down from generation to generation, bring out quality and authentic flavours.
