According to doctors a baby that is born before 23 weeks cannot
survive the brain has not developed yet.
I propose that abortion should remain legal our government is not
the one to dictate medical recommendations.
You cannot force someone to give a blood transfusion or to donate
their organs, why should you force them through an unwanted
pregnancy?
One cannot deprive a woman of her rights
Abortions should be a private matter

Two reasons that Medical Abortion should be kept
legal
Outlawing Medical Abortions will only pave
the road for unsafe illegal abortions.
Some of the unwanted children end up in
our Foster Care system costing tax payers
roughly around 8 Billion in social costs

that during the 1950s and the
1960s about 5,000 women died in the US
due to unsafe abortions.

Medical Abortions is currently
At 0.6 per 100,000 procedures
Some of the
unwanted
Children end up in
Foster
Care, that cost
taxpayers money.
The Huffington Post reported that typically for a teen
who ages out of foster care taxpayers and
communities pay $300,000 in social costs like public
assistance, incarceration, and lost wages to a
community over that person's lifetime
$8 billion in social cost to the United States per year.
It is structural
inherency
because people
will vote on it if
Congress was
ever proposed a
bill to outlaw
abortion.
Currently we can monitor and practice
Safe Medical Abortions.

that helps prevent abortions through
means of education about sex,
pregnancy and contraceptives

B. Mandates:
1. Abortion of the first two trimesters to remain legal in all 50 states.
2. Medical abortions practitioners to receive proper training and adequate rooms.
3. For the public to receive proper sex education, abortion and the use of contraceptives.
a. Through agencies such as Planned Parenthood
b. Schools
c. Families
4. For religious, personal beliefs, and government not to be able to mandate medical decisions and or offer
recommendations that is left to the hands of a licensed doctor.
5. Make contraceptives more affordable to the public.

C. Enforcement:
1. Health classes will no longer be an optional course they will be a mandatory course.
2. Certain amount of contraceptives to be covered by health care on month to month basis.
3. Inform the public with science backed information on the stages of the fetus.
4. Inform the public not all solutions to having a child are the best methods for example foster care.

D. Funding and Staffing: The funding will be needed for sex education it will be deducted from the tax revenue. For staffing we
would use doctors and medical practitioners.

Only Doctors and those qualified
can practice abortions.

The World Health Organization states
In developing countries, poor women
have the least access to family planning
services and the fewest resources to pay
for safe abortion procedures; they are
also the most likely to experience
complications related to unsafe
abortion.

By educating medical practitioners and
doctors on the proper procedure for an
abortion we can limit the number of
women dying

We can minimize the number of children in
Foster Care

With programs that help families we can
reduce the number of children in foster care.

By reducing the number of children in foster
care we would spend less money on the
system and have more to educate the
people on it.

Fewer kids will be neglected
and there will be less in Foster
Care
Less kids put through the stressful and
tortures Foster Care System
People will be more educated on the
topic of Safe Medical Abortion
No women will have to die due to
unsafe illegal Abortions
Keep Abortion Legal!
Consider protecting the rights of women
keep doctors not the government to make medical recommendations
for the people. Religion ideology is no foundation for any law.
For this we ask for your support to keep abortion legal in all 50
states. In the end it should be the decision of the person carying the
child; the decision is not ours to make but rather a moral/ethical
personal choice.
